I have a ROM that is like this one but i swear to god that it is way harder than this one, it has Worlds 1 and 2 redone but the Worlds 3 and up are normal play still.

(Probably planning to mod more than just world 1 and 2)

Hold the A button while the "world 1-1" is displayed.  You will jump as the level starts. Do the same for the halfway point.

If you want to send me your e-mail in PM, I can give you the rom.  This is the only level I hacked though. The "Frustrating" demo has 1-2 changed, but I didn't bother with that. Maybe sometime next week I can duplicate that.
