I actually loved these movies as a kid. I found 1 better, as in SS2, he turned into a dopey pacifist. The infamous Johnny 5 Bash I have to admit, I find needlessly mean & sad, even today. It's kind of like the Nuclear Nightmare on T2: the point of it was to push the characters to seek revenge, but I found them TOO well done. But I found it great when he lives, & becomes accepted. Maybe not the most realistic ending, but it's just a movie. Like nothing unlikely has even happened in a movie.
