  • What is the ruthme of breathing in? out? pause where?

  • @sjokolade777 Generally with Qigong you breath in when moving upwards and out when moving downwards (notice their stance goes higher and lower). I'm not 100% it's the same in Hapkido but am pretty confident. Hope that helps.

  • @vwilsonuk Ok that's the same as in our Do Jang! XieXie Ni! Zai jien! Bao Jing.

  • ive just learnt how 2 breathe under water its great

  • Just started Hapkido, and I love it. Been doing Tae Kwon Do for 91/2 years. Got my third degree, and at 4th degree, I would become a master. Working on that. But also doing Hapkido which in my opinion is better.

  • @joey20112 what belt are you in Hapkido now?

  • sorry , you know the name of the music, please?

  • you the name of the music , please?

  • Shaolin Ba Duan Jing with Ying Qigong

  • good techniques, i learn some of this techniques in my hapkido training

  • Wow...this seems like a very powerful breathing technique. Too bad we can't hear their breath. Then it would give better understanding of the the method.

Good for the chi/ki, looks like to me.
