@sjokolade777 Generally with Qigong you breath in when moving upwards and out when moving downwards (notice their stance goes higher and lower). I'm not 100% it's the same in Hapkido but am pretty confident. Hope that helps.
Just started Hapkido, and I love it. Been doing Tae Kwon Do for 91/2 years. Got my third degree, and at 4th degree, I would become a master. Working on that. But also doing Hapkido which in my opinion is better.
Wow...this seems like a very powerful breathing technique. Too bad we can't hear their breath. Then it would give better understanding of the the method.
What is the ruthme of breathing in? out? pause where?
