  • BOM DIA AMIGO!!!

ME AJUDE POR FAVOR!!! HELLPPPPPPPPPP PLEASE!!!

EU INSTALEI O PROGRAMA ialertu NO MEU MACBOOK WHITE MAIS EU NÃO CONFIGUREI A TECLA PARA DESATIVAR ELE. TODA VEZ QUE EU LIGO MEU MAC ELE JÁ FICA ATIVADO AUTOMATICAMENTE O ALARME COMO EU RESOLVO ISSO????

  • How to you UNarm without the remote?

  • Do you have to use the remote thing?

  • no, u can make a password to lock/unlock it

  • i wish they had one for windows

  • bet u had a mac

  • i used to

  • @timthearcher1 they do

  • @colton101998 what is it?

  • @timthearcher1 Theres a link to it on my iAlertu video on my channel!

  • Hey everyone i just made a video about this application. come and check it out, i also have videos about other Apple stuff

    Thanks 

  • hey, anyone having problem like when you turn the alarm on for the first time, and then i will go off in about a few minutes and then it being good after that. Maybe a bug or somthing ?

  • I guess when you spend that much money on a laptop you cannot afford a wireless router. :-)

  • Hey, the clip is almost 3 years ago.

  • @Pruekman 4*

  • its not loud wtf

    i seen laptop alarms of 100db ...

  • how do you turn the damn thing on?

my Alarm thing won't go on! WTF?!

  • same here! I cant get the application to open!

  • have it also take a photo discreetly so you can see it when the alarm goes off or when the password limit is reached and also have the system go in lock-down mode or have the camera recognize your face and voice.

  • What a piece of sh%t!

  • The program is freeware. And it uses the build in sudden motion sensor.

  • Any thief with half a brain would close the Macbook before snagging it. How well does the alarm work then?

  • its very sensitive. like if you move it at all it will go off. u can even set it to take a picture of the thief. :D

  • it triggers if the book is closed

  • it has a built in accelerometer (motion sensor...)

  • The alarm is deactivated if you disconnect the computer from power though. So if the thief has a login password, they can restart and still use your computer. I guess you're out of luck then.

  • mac owners have way too much money

  • does that laptop have a built-in sensor? or would u need to buy one with the program and stick it somewhere?

  • Nope, it has a built in sensor. Anyone with an intel Mac can download the free software and use it straight away

  • lol, AND you can set it up to take a pic of the "theif"

  • they should refine it to make it even better

a better model would be if they had the iSight camera take a picture of whoever was infront of the computer and then send it to your email address, so even if the laptop was gone you could still find out who...

    ...just a thought

  • dude they already do that. i just saw a video of it on youtube.

  • oh wow you're right...sweet im definitely downloading it now

  • lol

  • how do u do that

  • lmao, i can just imagine!!!

  • That is a badass feature for those of us who have younger siblings. When my 2 yr old sister runs and touches it I have an alarm. LMFAO. Neat feature although I don't see any other purpose than to alert you of little kids touching it.

  • lmfao

  • yea all i need is a apple remote and i can steal macbooks

    :)

  • You have to pair them, tho.

  • No, you don't have to pair them. I could unlock my MacBook with my second remote. So it's enough for the bad-guy to have a remote. So this is more a fun little application to scare nuub-thieves

  • Even if you have your MB paired with only your remote?

  • There is no "pairing" (like the pairing you do with bluetooth devices). You only have ti come up with any Apple Remote and you can disarm the armed MB.

  • No, I mean you can pair your Apple Remote to your MacBook (Under System Preferences > Security > General). If you do that, only the paired Remote will work with your Macbook.

  • Very nice! I learn something new every day. It worked great. Thanks for the tip, this makes iAlertU much more interessting.

  • hahahaha lol.

  • chea!

  • dats a joke isnt it

  • That is pretty sweet! I really want to get the MacBook Pro now!

  • The car alarm "on/off" beeps crack me up.

  • Sweet! I want that...

  • cool

  • Dude, that is so cool.

  • Yes, by using the remote. But this is still in beta, I can turn off by closing the lid.

  • can u turn it off before or after the alarm starts?
