Get to learn the instrument... and i don't just mean the proper name for the shiny metal things. I mean the proper use of equipment. And how to set it u properly. You'll be lightyears ahead of most people.

@Emceetem you could go to guitar center and get a line 6 spider IV amp, its about 99$ its 15watts, 1x8 custom speaker, 6 effects and you can use 2 at once, you can plug your mp3 player into it and has a jack for an fbv pedal, pretty good for only 99bucks

@myguitar856 it actually does sort of matter about the guitar, i have a piece of shit Yamaha EG 112, and it has a rattle, and it came with the rattle, and now, no matter what amp its used on it sounds really bad. Also, one of my friends has the sam guitar and it too rattles, just goes to show Yamaha should stick to making motor bikes and not instruments.
