You get 99,999,999 exp easily from going to 1-1, using thoreau to get a blue enemy to the begining of the last part of the level, destroying everything else (mega star), and using carrie to repeatedly jump on the rocks that the blue guy spits. In 10 minutes i was from level 34 to level 51. If my mom hadn't distracted me i woud've reached level 99 in no time.
