i think its more of a hygiene factor as water etc is limited in these parts of the world meaning its difficult to maintain cleanliness of the actual organ, so in that sense, circumcision helps maintain hygiene not prevent HIV.....the title of the video needs to be reconsidered

the circumcision prevents aids hypothesis is a fraud. It cam about by studies in Muslim countries where most men were circumcised due to religious factors. The studies concluded that it was the circumcision that prevented the HIV and not the lifestyles of the men and women. Fact: the Muslim cultures tended to have less promiscuity and this was the real explanation for reduced HIV. prevalence.

Remember people that the foreskin is valuable human tissue and is therefore sold at a premium price.

The BEST way to prevent the spread of HIV is to NOT have sex with someone with HIV. The second choice is to wear a condom with new partners or partners that have not been tested for HIV.

Circumcision to "prevent" any disease is medical fraud.

AIDS is the latest in a long line of unlikely and unrelated diseases and conditions that circumcision advocates claim circumcision prevents or cures. Circumcision has not prevented AIDS in any other countries, it will not slow or stop AIDS in Kenya.

They go on to state that while there are some negligable benefits, these benefits are eqaul to or less than the actual rate of adverse side effects from circumcision. More recent objective studies indicate that the adverse side effect rate is 2%-10%. The medical community has never done an objective nationwide study of the adverse side effects from infant circumcision which range from infecion to death
