if both feet are let go from the thighs and caught up, its considered a ball up, tic toc is going from one foot to the other, they went from two feet to one, going up fromt he thigh to extension, its a ball up

ICE has always been amazing. i loved them as small senior the past two years and i thought they killed it as small limited coed this year. even before the changes, their pre-worlds routine was great. they just added SO much more to it! im excited to see that they are having both small senior and small limited coed next year :)

Maybe somethings are similar to other teams sequences, but if you ask me I didn't see one team at worlds that didn't look similar to eachtother in some ways.. DSutton86 take it easy man.. that's not our attitude at all at ICE.. You know that! Those who wish to hate can hate all they want. Our ICE family is open to any and all who wish to be a part of successful and competitive program. Our focus is IN the gym not on the drama outside of it.

Andrew I wasn't about the drama, but I'm just sick of people talking and doggin us out, so we're going to give them something to talk about. I'm sick of the mess people say about us. So why they are watching from the sidelines we'll just show what our gym and ICE family is made of. I'm not trying to give us a bad name, but I also don't want people thinking that we are a horrible gym from what people are posting about us. I grew up in that gym, and I dont want that kinda mess going around.

Everyone has something to say about this and that, just know that we are taking coming out strong this year with small senior, small limited and international. So You guys can watch and hate all season long from the side, because that's where you belong. Not on a real team but watching and wishing you had a gym and a family like we have. We are just going to show you what the world is wanting to see. CREATIVITY AT ITS BEST.

ICE has always been amazing. i loved them as small senior the past two years and i thought they killed it as small limited coed this year. even before the changes, their pre-worlds routine was great. they just added SO much more to it! im excited to see that they are having both small senior and small limited coed next year :)

well sweetie, im sorry to say but can you stop hating? ICE looked amazing at worlds, i was jumping out of my seat when they hit those stunts, BOTH DAYS! and not to mention they looked just as good as brandon, obv, brandon was better, but ICE was just up there with them. OH - and stop making brandon look bad bu bad mouthing there compition ;)

Well, I am also on this team and when this was being put together I'm pretty sure we weren't copying people. lol. Maybe somethings are similar to other teams sequences, but if you ask me I didn't see one team at worlds that didn't look similar to eachtother in some ways.. I don't care who you are, if you want to be at the top you have to watch your competition closely, and that goe's for everybody. Thanks.. ;)
