While well intentioned, Bill C428 is flawed for the following reasons.

#1 Seniors in this country whom have worked for 30-50 years are living in homes for the elderly and are do not have enough funding for their living conditions.

#2 The Seniors that choose to emigrate to Canada should be taken care of by the dependent that sponsered them come here, not the overburdened tax-payers.

#3 Economically this bill would cost $500 million dollars per year
