Don't wineries usually have names like "Ravenswood" or they are named after the owners like "Ernest & Julio Gallo?" I never heard of a winery with a name like "Phoebe" or "Rita."

As for the gender of the Winery,,,definately a girl...unless you prefer to drink and make drink with guys. which i won't hold against you if that is/were the case. anyhooos i think the name should be something like "bottums up sides tilted and tops down" Combining these terms to get a word we get. "Bottups Tiltown" so as my final answer: "TILTTOWN and BOTTUPS"

(i really couldn't see if you have a slice in your swing or not so i don't know if this one applies)

So how about calling your winery "New Wine in Old Bottles"? The British meaning of the phrase is "a social gathering in which wine is the major beverage". Just a thought... but will ask others for input as well!
