Can anyone tell me exactley how to bump fire, as far as I know you put your thumb through trigger guear onto your hip or through belt loop, hold the freont furniture real steady and forwards? so the action continues?
well a clip holds rounds but isnt enclosed and has no spring and "most" times doesnt stay in weapon when its loaded except for garands and maybe a few others.... mags hold ammo enclosed with a spring and ALWAYS stay in weapon while firing...not that it matters to anyone outside of the military or law enforcement,...just saying
Just because you don't care to use the correct word, doesn't mean that others are "gay" if they do. Some people really get into guns and they can't help it if it bothers them to hear others use incorrect nomenclature. I'm sure that there is something you are really in to that you'd do the same thing with. Instead of crying because someone corrected you when you were wrong, why not learn the right word and just use it from now on? Seems easy to me; who wants to walk around saying the wrong word?
Never thought I would see a clip fed shotgun again after the bullshit with the USAS-12 went down? The SAIGA 12 is literally a BLAST! Hope to see the AA12 in a civilian legal version sometime soon?
Magazines and Clips are NOT THE SAME. Clips have no moving parts, it only holds the ammo so you can do a full load straight into the firearm such as the mosin nagant, m1 garand. A magazine is spring loaded feeding device that loads rounds one by one for each cycle of the firearm. Also in the case of M1 garand the ammo clip ejects itself after the last round is fired. Magazines do not eject themselves after the last round is fired.
Doesn't matter! In the American vernacular the terms are used interchangeably whether it's literally correct or not. Just like calling a firearm a "heater" or "gat" which are colloquial terms for said firearm. So while literally a "clip" may be slightly different from a "magazine" they are used interchangeably today in the American language, like it or not?
It does matter to some people, I used to say "clip" when I was a younger ignorant kid. But now I say mag when its proper and clip when its proper. Go to a shooting range and people will look at you crazy when you say "Load up another clip for my AK/AR." You said in your comment, whats the difference? There is a difference and people do call it proper terms when needed, unless your some kind of mad tight gangster.
Here it all the time at the range and not from "young ignorant kids" either! I could give a flying turd whether someone calls it a clip or a mag and I will leave it at that! Got another clip? lol
Clips feed magazines, and Magazines feed weapons.
Now if you try point out that you can use the stripper "clip" to load an SKS, I have to point out you are only using the stripper "clip" to load the fixed internal magazine. The weapon feeds from the internal magazine, not from the "clip", and the same can be said of the en-bloc clip. it's the same deal, just the timing is different when the clip is discarded.
The Mosin Nagants, military Mausers, Enfields, Springfields, and almost every old surplus bolt-action, and many of the semi-autos from that era, have magazines that are loaded using a stripper clip. Very, very few rifles can feed from a clip, though, or function while the clip is attached to the firearm.
Fuck the haters, waste ammo, waste paper, waste gas, what the fuck is the difference. 2nd amendment baby, oh yea, the American way, just got a saiga 12 for my b-day, great addition to my AK collection :-P
@Humberto4790 Never said I hate saigas, just the peeps talking trash about him throwing mags on the ground.. Hey its his gear, he can do whatever. I love my saiga, I was totally bumming I didn't get my USAS12 but I'm totally cool with the saiga 12.
@Humberto4790 I never got one, back in the day (pre clinton ban) I tried one out and it was pretty smooth, they were backordered and I never got one, to make things worse I guess they are now classified as a DD.
why the fuck would you judge someone for the way they choose to bumpfire their weapon, im just going to take a wild guess that you are a complete assclown who searches youtube for stuff you actually do in real life and then judge other people because they dont do it like you, get a life you faggot troll
its actually not a new one, its s term for stupid fucking people who "troll" around the internet trying to act like they are tough and know everything about everything.
Eh.. But why? You would BF from your shoulder if you were looking for accuracy, buuutt... with a 12ga? Naw.. Hip fire is just as deadly. Your still going to put hundreds of pellets down range in a spread out pattern.
Saiga 12ga runs from about $500-700 for the standard set up depending on where you are. In KY I got one for $550 total with tax. Honestly, I dont think you can get a better simi auto shotgun in the $500 range. AK design, highly modable and made in Russia by the legendary ISHAMH who invented the AK and in fact Mikhail Kalashnikov still works there. The Saiga 12 is used by the infamous Spetsna Russina Special Forces.
Great d-fence gun in these questionable times. But I personaly would of went with the 223. If the economy is going fall apart this year as expected Im going to keep resupplying off all the dead bodys that stepped onto my lawn.
true dat obamas bout to F this country up and when the shit hits the fan its goin to be me my ar 15 my son and his ar 15 and im probably goin to give my wife the .270 short mag!
Well, if in a war or battle, magazines are not something to wory about too much if you can get an infinite supply from uncle sam but if its my own stuff, I don't do that either (especially with polymer mags) as they may become damaged and have to be replaced or I have a useless gun. If they are considered trash, can I have them (in one peice) when you are done with them? Can I have your gun since its trash once it runs out of ammo and is useless? Thanks.
If my mags break from a 3ft drop onto grass or even gravel then they were pieces of shit to start with. I ain't worried about it. And yes when I run out of ammo you can have my weapon.
Can anyone tell me exactley how to bump fire, as far as I know you put your thumb through trigger guear onto your hip or through belt loop, hold the freont furniture real steady and forwards? so the action continues?

MD Arms. The drum that works.
It will work in all stock and converted Saiga 12's without a "Reliability Service"
It is 1/3 the weight of the Wraithmaker.
It is fully enclosed to keep dirt and garbage out of your Shotgun.
You can get clear and smoke windows to view your rounds.
And it's cheaper.
Don't waste your time and money on these guys. There is a reason comments are disabled on all Wraithmaker's vid's.
