  • i was playing in a bar and this drunk man shouted play The hills of Glenswilly wich i dident know so the bar nab wisperd play the homes of donegal with out the second part and then winked !!!! great tune

  • have been playing eileen donaghy and bridie gallagher all nite. trying to make a Cd up for my mum. its not easy to copy stuff from you-tube - well it takes a while!

  • @lorgain2 i was at a dance in creeslough in "65 and eileen, a donegal girl, was appearing at it. i think margo (daniel's sister) was at the same do, although i may be thinking of two separate do's. those were the days when i was the yank, seeing my cousins in kincasslagh, dungloe and surrounding areas and checking out the local talent. nice memories.
