To be honest the video is probably edited. I have Tivo as well, and mine cut off about 5-10 seconds after Ryan said "Cook", so I knew who the winner was. After there is about five minutes or less left on the recorded program if you click the back arrow on your remote it will bring up that message, so someone could've easily been holding the remote in the background and clicking the back arrow to make it seem like it went off right after David.

Oh yeah I edited in hopes of mystifying the internets. I hoped to have left people saying "how'd he do it?" and then you go and figure it all out in 2 seconds..you caught me.

Well no need to be sarcastic. It might be real. I guess it could've been. Just seems highly unlikely, but a couple more people have said it did happen so I guess it might be true. Really sucks for those of you it happened to..

Well that really sucks then. And it's Ryan's fault for trying to make it suspenseful, lol. Maybe it was a conspiracy on Ryan's part to get people to listen to his radio show the next day...
