@Romeydaking119 This is the GTA 3 era Liberty City. It's different to the GTA 2 era Liberty City. I'm assuming they changed the way the city looked for GTA 4 to modernise it and also because this era city is actually way smaller than the new one. Take the new GTA 5. it's based in Los Santos in San Andreas, but in the trailer Los Santos looks nothing like what it does in San Andreas.
