Nah, that girl isn't at all like GTO's Myabi. Shinomi (that's her name) is actually a pretty relevant character in the Shonan Junai Gumi manga and you can say she's like a female version of Onizuka.

Its a screwup in the anime. In the Manga its a different nurse. Naoko Moritaka is the nurse thats in the manga version.

yea shes the nurse in GTO, idk how onizuka doesnt remember her, i guess its a continuity error in the series, that would make her kinda old though, or at least much older than onizuka

Not necessarily (spelled wrong I know), onizuka isn't actually that much older in GTO, he's like 17 in here and he's 22 in GTO. She could probably be even 5-6 years older than Onizuka (I had a teacher this old) and again, later on that difference doesn't count that much when he's 22 and she's like 27. Just my thoughts
