  • Exact specs of the sauce would have been. Not just "soy sauce" thers lots of different types

  • These are flat rice noodles. You can find them at local chinese store or larger supermarkets like Wegmans.

  • what noodles are you using here?

  • I hate to say it but your video is very misleading without the proper instructions. Viewers will waste their time and the food itself if they were to follow your video. Please be considerate about sharing the food cooking how to. There are better videos showing how to make Thai Pad See Ew on youtube.

  • So wait. You soak the noodles in dark soy sauce instead of water?

  • i add panda oster sauce and soy sauce and sweet soy sauce and thts the main flavor and ingredient just add fried eggs and beef and broccoli

  • There were 2 sauces added after adding the soaked noodles. She added more dark soy sauce (which was used to soak the noodle) and regular soy sauce. The dark soy sauce was used to blend in more of the vegetables & pork that were just put in. The other soy sauce then was just added for seasoning. Have fun cooking :)

  • @tphanake I have a question, and it may sound silly, but how did you soak them? What is the ratio for the amount of noodles to the amount of sauce. I am a college student and I don't have access to large amounts of dark soy so I'm trying to be slightly cheap. However, I hate not having my food come out right. So i guess my overall question is, can i have a detailed set of steps for preparing the noodles as well as the sauces you used?

  • what kind of sauce did you put after adding soaked noddles?
