When I was younger, and when Takuya and Kouji transformed I dont know if I am correct or not, but I swear there was a scene when their bodies came together before they showed the base for the armor to come on, at least in the American Dub? If so please tell me because I dont even know if that happened or not?

Yeah. I like the US Susanoomon evolution song as well. The US voice for Susanoomon was also better since didn't sound like a pair of 7 year olds (like the japanese version did).
And they sound like a pair of kids. While that may be fitting and all when their walking around n about, it's not fitting for someone like Susanoomon. Even with Dukemon, he had a different voice from both Takato and Guillmon. The voice for dukemon was the same person who did japanese Goku voice. In the US version, Dukemon/Gallantmon sounded lame. Same with dub version Lucemon & Lucemon FM. They both had the same kid voice which was stupid. At least the sub changed the voice to sound older

Especially with some of the great lines he had like "And so it ends" or "You who would destroy both worlds with your evil, feel the power of the legendary warriors and PERISH!" If a kid said that, it would sound so stupid.

Man as in Humanoid. See, Sakuyamon, Kuzuhamon, Dianamon and Minervamon are God Man Digimon aswell. All of those would be considered "female" and Minervamon also would be a considered a Kid.
Yeah that's true fangirls really love that kind of stuff but here in the U.S. they always sensor everything so they probably looked at this and thought it was "dirty" or something but whatever i'm used to their stupid laws ruining good anime.

You mean the original changed that voice.
As of Dukemon. He is voiced by the same Voice Actress who voices all of his other forms.
Most ( japanese ) Digimon VAs are extremely talented.

Lucemon is the only Digimon to actually get another VA when he evolves in the original.
As for Susanoomon, keep in mind that he is basically controlled by two Kids.

Adult Voice would only work if the source is already adult. And doesn't Kouji already sound damn adult?
