@ezuan88 It depends on the person. Some people just have top, some people have bottom, and some people have both. For either gender.

@ezuan88 no, that is a separate surgery. a lot of guys don't opt for lower surgery because of the current technological limitations. Generally when transguys say they are post-op they are referring to chest reconstruction or "top surgery."

i know for piercing when you have keylooozings happens especially in cartlage i would use a combo of teatrea oil and SQ-10 lotion(nivea makes the best one) the teatree breaks down all the crap..then the the sQ-10 give ya some elasticity.. giver a try TY
