Great performance! She really brings out all Hart's words in Bewitched. Risch is overparted: he lacks the viciousness of Joey, and though he dances well and tries hard, he is reallty too light. I wish the young Jerry Orbach could have played the role..

Can't wait for it to get picked up in the UK so we can see what O'Hara wrote and meant, and of course what Hart & Rogers wrote.

The hollywoodised 1957 film undersold the impact of their 1939 work, repeatedly deemed too ahead of its time. Maybe at last?

My dream is to see this production on Broadway but I live too far away. I love the songs. I love the story. And I love the actors Stockard Channing and Martha Plimpton. (I've never seen Mr. Risch's work but I'm sure he's a saving grace since he did save the show when the original Joey left.) It's such an important play and musical - with some of the greatest songs EVER. I wish the production infinite success. From what I see here, it looks soooooooo great.
