Im not denying that pit bulls can be dangerous but in this case the guy was a douche bag... somewhat like yourself and judged the dogs based on their breed and not by their actions

the point of the comment about being attacked by a wiener dog was probably to show that all dogs are capable of attacking, and the news doesnt tell these stories... bears attack people but there is not talks of making them unable to breed and become extinct... its a double standard

i hate when people say well i was "attacked by a Chihuahua" yeah well is your arm missing? no so stfu. the deal is that these animals have the capability to harm, but dont get me wrong i love pitbulls, its just the size and strength of them is close to an exotic animal.

Do we know if the dogs were provoked at all? Perhaps prior teasing? Sounds more like the dogs were "holding" him not attacking. Holding is when a dog will keep a perp/person in one place until help arrives.

. This is prime case of a person that doesn't know anything about dog. Essentially and idiot. I know if a dog could be aggressive I do not try to provoked I stay calm. There is a lot of pit bull in town and the only problem one are the one who are treated as a defence to shelter they illegal activity. Peoples are intelligent no one want an aggressive animal that could hurt someone. Except this old man, who want to hurt man best friend.

May I add that poor couple had to move... and there dog bit noone! The neighbors just glared and wrote in to the paper about avoiding there house while on walks. Is this the way to pass on the torch to young couples is by pushing them out of the family orientated community to go where??? The outskirts of town where have to deal with the crack heads and hookers! Hey maybe thats why people buy these dogs because if you walked one of those dogs down the street, no one would ask you for change!

This is a typical case of man over reacting to a dog because of the breed. These dogs dont have a viscious bone in their body and nobody was injured in this case because of that. The police the news and the man who was alledgedly "attacked" is milking this for all its worth, if this had been a lab who came up to the man in the exact same manner this situation would not have popped up on the news. A dog actually attacked someone that same day but its not on the news because its not a pitt bull
