I once, and only once, did not have my eyes shut during a particularly loud sneeze. It has not happened since but I can actually say I did sneeze with my eyes open. I had blinked just prior to the beginning of the sneeze. During the entire sneeze, my eyes were open! HA! TAKE THAT SCIENCE!
