This legislation is only for show. The constitution overrides it. Case law has set parameters for what is incendiary...shouting fire in a theater is, KKK in front of a Jewish nursing home is not. Reading some of the comments on YouTube lately, I really don't see any kind of crack down on incendiary speech. Freedom of speech is not the issue(yet). Maintaining rational, informed discourse...I for one, think you do it a great service.

The legislation is only to protect the people in Washington from speech or symbols that are suggestive of killing them. Normal cussing out and using foul language to tell your viewers and listeners your opinion on any give issue will be fine. @Nikkorf Please ponder the possibility of the elite's themselves involved in this shooting. Orchestration to further agendas are not foreign to most of us. Look at the man murdered. Casualties most often surround a hit.

This is not what I personally want to see...but I see it in my countrymen....the people have had it...and they are about to open up a can of major woop ass!!! Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see it coming and to predict that!

What will rreally happen if they suspend free speech...and the people can't vent their frustrations any more on a camara...then you WILL have a violent revolution...and rightly so! Our founding Fathers said as much. In fact...I dare say...If the founding Fathers were alive today...these criminals in governmental offices would have already been routed!! So, If they want a real civil war, if they suspend the unalienable right of the first amendment...they will most assuredly have one!

Laughner went to the same synague as Griffords. I think they knew each other. I bet (no proof yet) that he was in love with her and she didn't respond back. Also, the people who died were Jewish except the child. I think Laughner knew most of these people in the Jewish communty. Jewish on Jewish violence. What a shame.
