I heard they changed the snare solo at 1:15, except I don't hear a difference between the grande version and the original one... can anyone confirm this?
we all know that... hopefully hahaha. but first of all it has a solo in it, very typical of some cadences, and second of all, its completely balla, which makes it a cadence, most warmups are lackluster, without looking at the music i determine it was a cadence, but seeing the sticking and of the music, i realized that it was a warmup.
actually if ya wanna go 'old school' about it watch Crossmen, the Mark Thurston years! (about 90-92!) They moved like it was part of the technique! AND were funky as hell!
They've been doing that for a couple of years now. Brian Perez (Tech for Cavies Line) used to be Center Tenor for SCV in 2004 and he brought a lot of SCV from SCV to the Cavies.
OMG THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! It's nice to find someone else that has their head on straight. I personally love to move a lil bit when I'm drumming, especially if it's something fun like this.

The cadence would sound better sped up a bit. Maybe not if the basses are playing that fast
325monkey 3 years ago
it's not a cadence for the 500th time. for the love of God.

early 90s crossmen lines were nuts, easily some of the best I've seen.

More like watch BD (who I've found everyone loves). Their drumline can't stop moving no matter what.
People need to shut up once in a while.
