How can someone called themselves Vietnamese if he or she doesn't know how to speak, write, or understand Vietnamese?? I mean can you call a Fish if it doesn't know how to swim or breath underwater?? Everyone can learn Vietnamese, just that they too lazy to do so or lack of Nationalism spirit in them .
