That's someone with a mask inside (if we're referring to a demon creature which looks like Nupsy from movie called "Golden child" with Eddy Murphy). Head is rather huge and has "alien eyes", dark and black.

Other thing is an angel (left side of the body alongside with wind that looks like a x-mass tree doll). At one point it glows thanks to the sun.
