Most of the questions about Tebow is his unorthodox throwing motion. It's the way he learned to throw the ball and he's done very well doing it that way thus far. However, NFL scouts want him to change it because they know that his motion can cause the ball to be stripped more easily than a traditional throwing motion. That's the main concern.

And no, he isn't overrated. Bradford is the one who won a Heisman against cupcake defenses.
