Idea for getting the rest of the smoke through: Breathe through your nose and then exhale it through the smokebuddy. Problem solved. 5 Stars.

Take a water bottle, cut the bottom off and stuff the bottle full of 10 or more dryer sheets, Cover the bottle and open end with a sock (preferably a new one) and breathe your smoke through the mouth piece. Should work the same even making the smoke smell like dryer sheets. Smoked like this all the time in my room when I was a kid and my parents never knew a thing.

@PhattBudz If it was not $40 it would be worth it but even with smoke coming out of the home made version, the smoke smells like dryer sheets upon being filtered. So anyone offended by the smell of pot wouldn't know, but there is a flaw that even the smoke buddy doesn't cover, and that's the smoke rising off the bowl. That will smell more than anything else, so because of the price tag it's not worth it. I don't care if people want it but I'm not dissing on it for no reason either. Smoke on.

@MastaShaker I have a MFLB. The only thing that is really bad about it is the battery life which sucks. If you really want to buy a decent vape you need to pay 100 to 500 dollars. Smoke buddy is the most simple option.

Get the middle cardboard part of a roll of toilet paper and stuff it with dryer sheets, then blow through it when you take a hit, smoke comes out the other end, but hardly any, and the smoke that does come out smells like flowers. I've been doing it forever, it works perfectly.

i bought one at spencers about 2 months ago and i love it! i smoke in my room and my parents never know. i use a glass pipe so the burning bud in the bowl still smells a little bit, but i just leave my window open for a few minutes and its all good.

@plymouthhockey9 Use a clean half-dollar, quarter, or nickel to cover the pipe after you take a hit. This will stop the bud from burning more by cutting off its supply of oxygen and reduce the smell of the bud in the air.

Works great! Hands down one of the best smoking accessories to hit the market in the past decade. Smoke goes in, no smoke comes out... magic! Not really just carbon, lol! There is NO smell and NO smoke. The only con is that the carbon starts to smell after awhile much like a pipe, but thats why they give you the covers. Overall it is a must have for any smoker wanting to minimize potent odors. I don't leave home without it. I use it mostly in my car and hotel rooms...

Ok..notice that this only works with a Bong and only if you do it right!...but what about, joints, pinch hitters or pipes? It cannot stop the second hand smoke coming from where it is lit, it will still reak of smoke and fill the air, you would have to figure a way to put it out the minute after you hit it..it can only mask what you exhale.

@1onnerycus It doesn't "only work with a bong" either way your blowing smoke through the smoke buddy. it could be a pipe, steamroller, really anything. joints/blunts would be a bit problematic though, because they burn & smoke so they would cause the scent anyways. so, i would recomend not smoking joints or blunts in a place wher eyou don't need to use the smoke buddy. and as for the bowl smoking while cherried, thats easy. put a quater over the bowl. it blocks it, enough atleast.
