  • So, I guess the stars aren't in position for this tribute either?

  • 0:38 AALLLL RIGHHTT!!!

  • THE HIP, THE HIP! :D Salsaaaa

  • 6:09 Umm...Dreamworks logo cameo?

  • @Pretztailfan95 This is by dream works, remember?

  • Miguel just had his crowning moment of awesome.

  • 3:30 -ish

Hm... I wonder where Miguel got that cut that's shown a minute and a half later. =o

And 3:43 -ish... The armadillo, Bibo, has an oddly long arm there, don't you think?

  • The winning team would traditionally be sacrificed, you kinda want to lose haha

  • 0:11 LITTLE FAT GUY BOTTOM RIGHT!!!

  • i felt so sorry for the armadilo

  • my favorite scene of the movie XD

  • I really wish this sport was still played.

  • so miguel bleeds from getting hit in the face but not from anything else. that seems either very godlike, or very disney

  • @loura246 don't you mean cartoonish in general? this is a dreamworks animation.

  • @loura246 Disney wouldn't show any blood at all.

    Oh wait that's 4Kids I'm thinking about.

  • @loura246 according to the mayan like the high priest says gods dont bleed

  • @loura246 ok i realize this is dreamworks and i was being sarcastic.

  • Damnn chels got a nice ass on her.

  • 6:09 ITS DA ANCIENT DREAMWORKS LOGO LOL

  • 15...? I see...9 warriors

  • 6:06 Space Marine. Lol.

  • 6:08 Dreamworks Logo LOLOL

  • What the fuck is up with that guy and sacrificing people!?!?

  • The hip! The hip ! ;)

  • 5:13 Noow his wound starts to bleed? O_O Man what bad timing

  • 1:29 Tulio THE HIP THE HIP LOL

  • Dreamworks logo was in the books, nice one.

  • "NO! THAT WAS A FOUL!!!"

  • Sooo.... at 0:09... The fellow at the bottom right...

    SAY WHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT

  • okay i need to get out more. at 1:08 the first thing that came to mind was "EXCUUUUUSE ME, PRINCESS"

  • @Yermog i doubt they'd go around throwing rocks at each other. granted, the rubber ball they used was rather hard and heavy. also, every single source that i've looked at claims that it was even the first use of rubber in the world. so i'm gonna go with that.

  • @mrpianodancer True, but I think they actually used rock at first. Still, the sport was pretty brutal... But I don't think that they actually could throw a solid rock that high either.

  • @Yermog ... actually, it was rubber. probably the first use of rubber by mesoamerican culture.

  • @mrpianodancer Maybe so in some games, but the person who told me said it was with rock. Since the person who told me was an archaeologist, I'll go with what he said.

  • @Yermog I'm pretty sure it was rubber.

  • @Evilhamster13 i agree. rock doesn't bounce

  • 6:08

    Familiar? lol

  • 0:11 the creepy guy wiggling his tongue

  • "The hip, the hip" lol

    XD

  • That game was sacrifices for winning and losing back in the old days. Sucks, because sometimes you won and you still died. XD

  • @SerenadeofTwilight

It was considered an honor (if you won) to be sacrificed to the gods. Well, the main, sun god, I think.

The losers would be sacrificed to the other gods, I believe.

  • lol Dreamworks is sneaky putting their logo in a book ^^

  • "I don't see anyone here who fits that description!" Me: "-cough- TWO -cough- FEET -cough- IN FRONT OF YOU!"

  • the priest's a phyco!

  • how the heck does tht priest heal himself ? -.-

  • I saw the dreamworks logo at 6:09

  • A good excuse on why Miguel was Bleeding could have been that the more the "gods" stayed on earth, the more Mortal they Become.Thats why they needed the boat.

  • Ohhohoho!! He was BLEEDING.. That's why he knew they were fake. Never got that when I was little. Even though the high priest does say it later on, I never was one to pay attention to what is said over what I see.

  • I get goosebumps at "THE GODS ARE SPEAKING FOR THEMSELVES NOW."

    I always have.

  • 0:12 a guy is doing sexual-looking things with his tongue O.O

  • HAHA THEAT GUY GOTS ISSUES O SHIT TULIO GOT SUM SUM

  • Ahahaha, one of the finest warriors at the beginning of this segment is gurgling! "Gllalalalaalalalalalalalalalalalalalala".

  • IF Miguel and Tulio did not jump in the barrel of water the movie would be a lot shorter

  • Lol actually, in the traditional Aztec religion, the gods demand blood sacrifice because they used their blood to fertilize the land and create the Aztec civilization, so the tribute is repayment.

Also, I'm pretty sure that game is Mayan, not Aztec.

  • @fuzziewuzzie105 its both but the ball game originiated from the olmecs, which was the first mesoamerican civilization

  • ARMADILLO ABUSE.

  • i swear this movie got me Soooo horny agree?

anyway Tulio or w.e the guy wif the black hair

i love him he is so sexy i want him to fuck me so hard i mean SO HARD...

  • did i see the classic Dreamworks boy-with-fishing-pole-on-moon picture in that dark book the high priest had?

  • @sonic19951 Or a horse for that matter.

  • I like Tulio's answers to problems- cheating.

  • EXCUUUSE ME! Who invented this GAME?!

  • That high priest is a douche they in big trouble. Is it not suspicious that the girl is always with them?

  • Now these guys are gonna get kicked by the real thing.

  • LOOOL.

    "TULIO! THE HIP! THE HIP."

  • Miguel!

  • I LOVE THIS GAME!! the high priest says this in such a raunchy way...lol....

  • You know what's really awesome about the sport they're playing here? In real life, the "ball" was actually made out of pure rock and they STILL had to toss it that high up and get it through the hoops. It was one of the most brutal sports of any culture.

  • @Yermog yea! but, there was also another difference: they couldnt use their hands.

  • @Yermog they also were said to use heads.........

  • @Yermog

didn't the losing team get killed too?

  • @Yermog Yea, I believe it was called pok-ta-tok :) Very cool

  • @Yermog It was actually made out of solid rubber :/ .

  • @Yermog Actually the ball was made of solid rubber, not rock. Still really hard and really heavy, though.

  • 2:50 jiggle jiggle jiggle

  • 5:19 most. evil. exit. ever. venom dripping from every word...

  • you know how he's all like: "Gods Dont Bleed."? everytime he sais that i'm like "Did you forget the volcano sh*t that went down like... yesturday or something??"

  • at 5;09 ...... Miguel ain't taking any crap :O

  • lol the horse kicked it in lol

  • <3 Miguel! He's so awesome!!

  • lmao freeze@0:14 guy in frnt on far rite looks consipated

  • GODS DON'T BLEED!!!

  • Comment removed

  • LOL tulio! the hip! the hip! lmao that cracks me up!

  • 1:52 Nice hair-do lol

  • "No! THAT WAS A FOUL!" I love chel :3

  • nice hairdos! 1:53 ...omg its the mayan game! I knew there was something familiar about this movie...... huh you learn something new everyday x)

  • @Whisperingtothefire it wasnt until 2-3 years ago I figured out that Cortes was a real person who conquered the Mayans lol. If only I knew when I was younger lol

  • @ 6:08 did anyone else notice the picture in the preists book is of the dreamworks moon/fishing guy

  • What's the name of the game they are playing?

  • I just saw blood twice in this movie; this gives the final proof that this movie could NEVER be disney.

  • Did anyone notice the logo in the book? The guy fishing from the moon... ;) NiCe...

  • Tulio! tHE hIP tHE hIP! AND SHES GOT ENUF HIP TO GO AROUND!

  • "Dont blame me!"

    "I BLAAAAAAME YOU!"

    ^__^

  • 1.53 : womanized Miguel ! xD

  • mmm chel certainly makes a nice cheerleader

  • Heheeheee, pause at 3:26 and look at Miguel's face XD

  • El Dorado seems to have hundreds towering buildings, all with hundreds of steps, most resembling temples. A lot of them do look just like temples. I wonder what the artists` intentions were with that.

  • good game, I always get nervous for them though, lol

  • loll

    "Tulio! da hip! Da hip!"

  • okay, but I am glad that don't sacrafice people just because of a game anymore.

  • Lmao

    Miguel @ 1:52

  • I love how 6:09 is the dreamworks symbol :) I love this movie its beautiful :)

  • @Starbursttful I have never noticed that! Thanks for pointing it out!

  • roflmao 1:30

  • @KrakFoxx

OMG i didn't even notice that!!!

  • I love this movie so much! I watched it all the time when I was a kid. There are some definite inaccuracies which are problematic but it's an entertaining film that makes me nostalgic for my childhood! Thanks for posting!!

  • I remember that game they are playing. It was so hard to get the ball through the hoop that they had to hit the markers to get points. And, whoever did get the ball through the hoop there was a celebration. But, correct me if I am wrong, was it the winners or the losers that lost their lives? Because, I talked to a girl from Nicaraguay a year ago about this and she said that the winners lost their lives.

  • Umm wow that seems a bit innacurate to me...

I thought they honor the winners of the game?

  • @shadowgirl9891 Actually i think it was the losers, but even then they weren't always sacrificed.

  • Only the captain of the losers.

  • at like 0:11 did anyone else see the little fat dude clicking his tounge? Reminds me of the spongebob jellyfish call almost :)

  • yh they may no the diverence but its a MOVIE NcklCrkRcks

  • okay, why does the armadillo side with them?

  • Because Miguel saved its life in the beginning of the movie (although he never realizes of course :p)

  • 1:30 l love it when she says that.

  • totally random trivia. we just studied the mayan and aztecs in an art class, and we talked about this game, and those balls were made out of pure rubber and weighed like 9-12 lbs, so i'm pretty sure the real players would know the difference between a ball and an armadillo

  • maybe it was an 11 lb armadillo

  • never thought of that, lol

  • anyone else notice the dreamworks logo in the priests book at 6:08?

  • @KrakFoxx actually its 6:10...but o well :P thx for pointing it out XD

  • @KrakFoxx i was going to say that but you beat me to it

  • @KrakFoxx wasnt the moon in the domino trick as well?

  • @KrakFoxx maybe that's where dreamworks got their logo from, an old maian book.

  • @KrakFoxx

damn, beat me to it =.=

  • priest is very weird and creepy ;:()

  • Lol look at the little guy on the far left @ 4:58.

  • I think that preist had a bad childhood or something cuz hes totally convinced that everyone is evil.

  • yes he was

  • I'll have to use "first avoidance maneuver" in gym class.

  • Was the blonde one bleeding at 3:33-3:34?

  • No, that's red sweat.

    Of course he's bleeding!

  • yes

  • 1:30 is JOKEZZ her hips are so hugeee

  • Chell is so pretty at 4:20! ^^

  • OMG!!! :O The Dreamworks logo is on at 6:09 xp

  • I would have never noticed! What an eye to stop that out!

  • You know what I like about this movie? The fat guy isn't an antagonist! It's the muscular guy who's pretty handsome. Seriously, just cause you're overweight or obese doesn't make evil incarnated.

  • Comment removed

  • You'd be surprised.

  • Comment removed

  • the fat guy was never evil, just a little consern, in fact, i thought that Cortis dude was the only villain, i never thought Tansel-Kan would be a bad guy.

(however his hatred of people is a dead give away.)

  • @AuroraCelest exactly - take note disney

  • @AuroraCelest i like the fat guy :D

  • 0:13 Yes. A Gum. Aztec People Invented the Gum. What a Great Invention.
