One of my Netherland Dwarf bunnies likes to sleep on my bed, sometimes next to me, sometimes down at the foot. Licks my face in the morning like a puppy. Netherland Dwarfs are the CUTEST animals! Bunnies are very social, so please don't doom them to an outdoor hutch life where they will be lonely. Anyone thinking of getting a rabbit please google "house rabbit" to learn more before getting a bunny. You wouldn't cage your dog or cat outdoors so don't do that to your domesticated bunny either.

They don't have to be smelly if their cage is cleaned regulary. And there are things you can buy in petstores which will help keep it down. :) I've got guinea pigs myself and I use something called Sirocco, a desinfectant powder and it works like a charm.

@babybunniesforever I have 4 house bunnies who live indoors and use litter boxes and they do not smell at all. They are very clean animals. They groom themselves all the time like cats do. I change their litter boxes regularly. There is lots of good info on the internet about bunnies as pets, just google "house rabbit". Bunnies are the cutest animals in the world!

Oops I meant I have a couple netherland dwarfs that are very energetic. Give Netherlands lots of outside-cage-time. If you want a bunny to cuddle with, get a holland lop. They are small and very sweet. Some (some not all) netherland dwarfs can become high-strung.

At least you have to get 2 of them, otherwise they feel lonely. It bothers them, 'cause they also need to have a mate for personal hygiene.

@danicaa127 Cute and cuddly only lasts for a month. They'll grow up and be not-so-cute (but still cute, and lot as cuddly). If you want a bunny less than six pounds, you should get a Netherland Dwarf (please note, Netherland Dwarfs tend to be jumpy and not cuddly, so I'd get a big bunny like a Flemish Giant if I were you). I don't know where you live, but they usually sell from breeders and feed stores. Try looking it up on petfinder or something. Good luck, and hope you find your bunny! :)

Plus, a bunny as a ruler will not ask for taxes from their citizens, but just carrots. They won't care about laws, besides those that get it a carrot per meal.

they are the netherland dwarf breed of rabbit they are very cute and only get to be about 5 pounds so they stay relativly small they make nice pets but require lots of effort to make sure they are happy.
