Hey, nice review. I got one exactly the same model but on red color and 50cc engine. The problem I have is, as I'm from Romania, I can't find a shop that's selling parts for it, specially for it. Can you send me a link or something, a shop, doesn't matter if it's from another country as long as they send the packages?

So how would I go about getting only the front end of the hornet 2? Would you sell it or would I have to go through the manufacturer! If so who manufactures the body panels?

@sanfran9910 - I can check to see if we have it in stock. I know we have front ends to one of the models for sure. What front end did you want to end up with? Worst case, we order it and you get it in a few weeks. I would say it would be about $150 "ish" after shipped etc.

Do you need a license to drive this in california? And what kind of license? Do you have financing for this bike?

Sorry, I'm completely new to motorcycles and don't even own one... What kind of HP does it have and how would it compare to a typical 250cc? So this is actually an automatic scooter not a motorcycle? What top speed can it get? This thing is pretty cool. I'd rather have it then my lame looking scooter in Taiwan. Still want a motorbike though.

Me and a friend actually ordered two of these. Got'em in two weeks and had to take them to a local motorcycle shop to get them running(something about the carburator being clogged for shipping), and then they would always cutoff about every 20 minutes, so we had the shop take the little plastic petcock off and bypass it, they've been running golden ever since, im actuall trying to look into getting the hornet 2 front end, they look interchangable, let me know county imports.

@sanfran9910 - They are the same chassis so you can enter change them for the "naked look" we are aware of the carburator issue on a batch that came. What happens is the fuel sits and turns bad from testing and them gums the carb jets.

I suggest everyone use SEAFOAM additive to your gas. This can be purchased at any pep boys etc. This will avoid this problem. Now we are checking bikes before shipping. if you get one like this. Don't worry, its an easy fix. Just clean the carb. P

what all do you have to do when you first get it off the truck

@MrPrincedave - This unit is pre-assembeled upon delivery. You will need to install the battery, missors and pdi the machine, i.e. check all the nuts and bolts to be safe. Add gas and start it up. Its really very easy and should take about 1 hour done right.
