  • nice i were in spain in my summerholiday.

  • I go to Taekwondo 2 times on a week. but i dont think its enough. i will do that.

    Where u from? :)

  • @xMaGKunG i'm from Spain

  • I relly like you answer the questions.

I can almost the song in my head cause i have seen you video so much.

have you thought to make a video where you show what you do to get in side split? :)

  • @xMaGKunG i apreciate your kind words mate. i am not too interested in doing a stretching video as anyone can find thousands of videos in youtube and others. if u are interested in stretching you should look for author "thom kurz" and take a look at his books/videos about "stretching scientifically". you can also watch "bill superfoot wallace" videos (famous full contact champion decades ago with incredible kicking skills). what about joining taekwndo, karate or any martialart training?

  • How many hours every week do you practice to do a side split? :)

  • @xMaGKunG it depends on how genetically gifted you are.in my case i am not gifted at all so it took me a lots of years stretching everyday feeling fucking hell pain in my muscles everyday...i know friends who can do a split within few months and some others can do a split without any fucking stretching routine...so it is up to your joints-ligaments and muscles. muscles can be stretched a lot but ligaments in your joints is hard stuff, almost imposible to distort in adult age.hard work!

  • Amazing stuff

  • Awesome i can`t wait. :)

  • what is the best way to train for the scissor kick?

  • @halofan5005 first of all you must be able to perform a genorous side split o a full split, of course you need to jump quite high in order to have time to full open both legs and the rest would come just by just practicing the scissor. this kicks looks more impresive than it actually is. for instance it is more difficult to perform a 540 round kick.

  • @skae87 oh well if i can do a 540 round kick then this will be much easier? and thanks a bunch for answering! i really appreciate it :)

  • @halofan5005 i meant that a scissor kick is not technically difficult. it is a matter of flexibility basically.

  • @skae87 ah ok... ill work on my splits then. thank you very much!

  • I F*cking like this video soo much :) Can you make a video where you do the 540 hook in slow motion like this? :)

  • @xMaGKunG when i make a new video i will do some new moves, including the 540 hook kick. thanx por your kind words mate.

  • Awesome!!!

  • very cool video.

    good athlete ;)

  • Very good :)

  • Michael Andrews - Mad World

  • @jotanguyen yes. ¿?

  • wow ! i try to learn the split

  • great, too bad i don't have that kind of flexibilitie, or that great resistance or strength in my legs to jump like that, maybe i start too old for trainingn my martial art but im gonna do everything in my power to perform kicks like that one day, now you become another inspiraton for me, thanks may if i ask what's your routine program for kicking ?

  • @JMRG2992 i really apreciate ur kind words, mate. i have no kicking routine. i left taekwondo trainning 4 years ago and now i just train once a week (saturdays) in my own and i practice multiple kicks, but not with a goal to reach or something, just for fun. i lift weights and STRETCH EVERY FUCKING DAY (monday to saturday). that's all. i feel better than ever in my skills. i used to train every day, sometimes twice a day when i was in my youth (arround 16-18 years old). i am sorry cannot help u.

  • @skae87 were u inflexible before?

  • @z3rocloud i was fucking uninflexible before. in fact i am only flexible now in my legs, the rest of my body is genetically rigid and uninflexible.

  • @skae87 ya well :D this video its gonna work for me to get an idea about how a proper martial artist should jump and kick, and that's the inspiration for me , want to be like you, anyway im now with the challenge of the side splits i train everyday, and im about 25-30 cms from groud, i use the PNF mode, any advices i should take ?

  • @JMRG2992 my only advice is never give up.i have difficulties to reach a full split both sides, but with effort and suffering i can touch the floor sometimes. so don't think i am super flexible, in fact, i am fucking rigid since i was a child and i am still in all the other articulationes of my body.

PNF is deffinitely the best way to improve flexi, but always do it after the work out. changing stretching methodes sometimes is good as well, like when someone does bodybuilding. good luck!

  • plz rell me how can i jump like you ? 300FT example what's the training ?

thx and i liker ur video

  • @THEJOKER440 My friend, i never really trainned specifically to jump higher, i just practiced my aerial kicks since i was like 13 years old with determination and joy. but yes, there is especific trainning for jumping. i've got scientific literature from diverse superior degrees (it is called "master degree" in spain, after university) in sport science in spain (so it is in spanish) that focus on high jumping athletics, which is VERY useful. so i can send it to you by email.

  • @THEJOKER440 also, you can google "Carmelo Bosco" (italian's best coach ever in athletics), "Miguel Velez Blasco" (spanish best coach ever in athletics and specifically in heigh jump), and many others i could tell, but it is really scientific literature. I want to clarify that it is not as easy as saying "well, do plyometrics" as many people say. Of course plyo are GREAT, but there is more science behind all theese.

  • Responder a este vídeo... But there is one thing which is CLEAR:if you wanna jump higher, LETS JUMP! if u wanna run faster, LETS RUN, and so on. so dude, lets do some jumping trainning for eg twice a week trying to jump as high as u can, lets do 4-5 reps and take a rest like 2-4 minutes and repeat it again so you have completely recovered and are able to perform your MAXIMUM each time! good luck!

  • Wow man, you're pretty good, beautiful kicks, you must train really hard to have that kinda skill..

  • @bhima1988 thnx u so much for ur kind words. well, sure u gotta train hard, but when u love doing something, the word "hard" becomes "funny".

  • incredibly beautiful

  • @wollkas thnx dude!

  • wat up with the sad music

  • It's like flying...respect! Greetings from Germany =)

  • @YouAreMyMaster thnx mr!

  • i watch this video like i'm watching a movie 'coz it's well arranged, the real fight isn't like this.sorry dude, but i think you better be an actor not a fighter

  • @kakashi86477 thanx. yes, in real fight this is not gonna work, sure.

  • @skae87 but still nice kick u got there

  • nice kicks, but only works in jackie chang films, in wtf taekwondo fights dont workkk, anyway nice kicks and good vid.

  • @leonardoariasabogado well, i have seen many tkd combats and i have also competed myself. i can say that this kicks are nothing special or rare in tkd combats, maybe not the aerial kicks, but the other are REALLY STANDARD KICKS.

  • @skae87 yes thats wat i talking about

  • @skae87 what dan are you?

  • @MuzzammilAliKhan got my 1st Dan in 2007 or so. I sopped trainning regularly at 2009. now i just practice for fun.

  • To all the people who say white people can't jump...please reference this video.

  • wooooooooooooooooooooow!!!!!!

  • Nice kick bro, i unfortunately pulled my groin 5 months ago, still struggling to heal it, kickboxing every week don't help...

  • @joker4835 making some love will definitely help in your healing process ;) .thanks for your kind words mate!

  • @skae87 haha yeah that doesn't help :P what i will do on my training for next two months is use right leg only. keep on posting good videos bro :-)

  • Respond to this video... 0.46 i so need to practice that ! :D

  • @joker4835 missed the target cause i wanted to pass above it.

  • how can u kick higher? Did u stretch a lot??? cause i wanna learn how to kick higher!!!

  • @holysaints09 definitely, stretching and thus increasing range of movement will result in easier higher kicking

  • @1980smartialartistx3 yes. watch my latest vids

  • what's the name of this song pls help!

  • @ThePolicia997 mad world by gary jules

  • @vincentvegas99 thx bro your kicks are beautyfull.

  • Brilliant mate, Does learning how to do the splits increase your chances of doing kicks like these?? Please reply before i injure myself trying lol :)

  • @SillyBoyBlue83 definetly progress on ur mobilty makes the diference....

  • @SillyBoyBlue83 definetly progress on ur mobilty makes the diference....ever martial arts training starts with a good warm up and stretching..

  • @vincentvegas99 100% agree

  • AMAZING DUDE! can i just ask did you self teach yourself these kicks or do you learn them in taekwondo. I am considering starting this art :)

  • @desibomb both things made. I guess it depends more if you are trainning to compete or just fur fun. in competition you will hardly ever see a kick like these so you'd better look for a gym focused on "taekwondo for fun" instead on competing.

  • skae87, im a taekwondo martial artist myself, i would just like to say that you have immense talent in this art, what belt are you?

  • @z1en thnx for ur nice words, mate. i am just a 1st Dan black belt. in fact, i left trainning serously tkd 5 years ago, so i stopped in the 1st Dan. nowadays I just train to have fun from time to time.

  • like van damme = DD i'm going karate wait and i can this ^^

  • very nice video man and you had got a good idea to make this video in slow motion!!!!!!!!!

  • @nero55723 thnx u dude!

  • 1:36 <3

  • I love how at the end it looks like your just floating there while you do your kick and then the people holding the strings let you back down! Thats how you know when you have perfect technique! Kudos dude! I would definately not want to get into a fight with you at a bar! LOL

  • @pinkninja9382 thnx for the good words mate! really appreciate them.

  • cool stuff i need to get a slow mo camera.

  • @Jersm5 thnx bro. you can get slowmos cameras from casio for a little bit more than 100 bucks.

  • @Jersm5

  • ur 540 kick is so amazinngggg

  • @XTREMEkid3601 heheheh thnx mate!

  • Brilliant man! I dare any of the bad mouth people here to give it a try. .

  • @TheYoubenator thnx dude!

  • 1:13 isn't that a butterfly kick from shaolin kung fu?

  • @dark50killer spinning cresent kick.

  • @dark50killer it is just a simple 540 degree kick

  • what song is that?

  • @browniito mad world

  • @skae87 :3 thanks¡

  • @ 2:14 that was insane Nice one

  • @ryansvxr ;) thnx dude!

  • hmmmm i better go stretch....

great explosive power by the way

  • @OBrien19 hahaha thnx dude! yeah, stretching is sure really imporatnt and it is usually the main problem for people cause stretching is hard and boring...

  • I just watched this again and am commenting on this again.

skae87, you are INSANELY talented and thank you so much for postign this. Great choice of music and watching you kicking is really a true art form.

Too many motherfuckers these days see someone better them and wanna bring them down by hating and bitching, but damn, you gotta give skae87 so much credit.

    Respect from London, england, UK

    :D :D :D :D

Thumbs up if you agree !!!

  • @Radaxexxe really great post! thnx dude!!!

  • Nice! Very impressive jumps. On a scale of a cement floor to a trampoline, how springy are those mats?

  • @withoutreasonorrhyme thanks dude. those mats are far worse than cement or trampolines, because those mats are soft and aren't elastic at all (so you don't get any type of "plus" or power when jumping, just the opposite)

  • @skae87 This is one of the best kicking vids I've seen on youtube. The slow motion is a cool effect. Your skills are impressive as well.

  • @trujdt slowmo helps creating the feeling of great kicking, but those kicks aren't that impressive in nromal motion. but thnx anyway!!!

  • wow! very impressive. Thanks for uploading this!

  • After watching your cool vid, I feeling like kicking the hell out of my bag too. What is the name of the song and singer please?

  • @astronomer86 Michale Andrews, song called "mad world". glad you enjoyed it!!!

  • @skae87 Thanks!!!

  • two questions:

do you train to jump that high?

is this at a gym or somewhere else??

  • Great video I watched this at 2.30 am in bed I got up and practiced my kicking till about 5am

  • @MrBinieam really??!!! lol, that's incredible! it is really amazing that you got so hyped to train at late night! i really appreciate your words. so were you able to perform jumping kicks on your bedroom? hehehe

  • @skae87 Yeah I was planning on sleeping until I saw your vid. At first I was like its late I'd better train tomorrow but I was so hyped I really had no choice but to train, afterwards I stretched using Thomas Kurtz techniques and went to bed late. But this really is a great and inspiring video well done.

Once I Perfect my kicking I'll make video too. Cheers.

  • @MrBinieam waiting to see it, dude!!

  • XD XD

  • 2:37 el no tiene flexibilidad, el se dio con el techo de la sala xD

  • Woo thats amazing :o what sort of stretching do you do, i mean how do you get your kicks so fludly and easily done. I can do the splits (front splits and 1 toe pointed up other flat on side) still working on both toes pointed up one. although i was able to do it before but some reason i cant anymore :(

  • @tonystarkar8 take a look on the internet at :thomas kurtz "stretching scientifically" book. it is really interesting. i can not tell u an specific excercices throught this board...i would not be able to explain myself right as i am not english speaker...

  • @skae87 the tip is to stretch the more times a week the better. it is better to stretch softer but everyday, even twice a day, than stretching like a mule 2 or 3 days and feel sored afterwards everyday.

the only way to gain flexibility (if u are not gifted) is to be patience, constant, determination...and most of all to be able to suffer and get bored...cause stretching is boring.

  • u should practice dynamic (throw progressing heigh kicks to the front, back, side) and static stretches (keep a stretch wich hurts a bit 20/30secs and repeat it..3/5 times for instance) . The best way is to start with the dynamics after the warm up, and finnish the trainning with the statics.I reccomend to take a look at the book of THOMAS KURT "stretch yourself" or "stretching scientifically" (very good books/articles). you can also take a look at Bill "superfoot" wallace videos on youtube.

  • @skae87

Oddly enough i actually have that well theres a about 14 pages clipped together. thanks anyway friend :)

  • Really, really nice !

  • truly mesmerising. i have a 1st degree black belt in tang soo do, and nothing i can do compares to that :)

  • @BenK8319 thnx so much my friend. as far as i know, tang soo do (which is what chuck started training i guess) is not that focused on kicking as much as taekwondo, right? so there's nothing to compare or complain in this matter, as you will probably have other skills which i don't have ;).

  • dude your moves are sick. it must have taken you a loooong time to be able to do these things. WELL DONE

  • @SleazySanjuro thnx! deffinitely i didn't got those moves in a month. it's a matter of determination and time. of course good genes will help, as always! do your best! i can assure you that what i do is nothing impossible. many many people who train regularly with proper genetics can do much better than me.

  • @skae87 That jump move where you do a split in the air looks badass. I've seen alot of martial arts practioner do it but none have jumped as high in the air. How did you manage to pull that of?? Cuz it looks amazing.

This makes me wanna get back to training.

  • @SleazySanjuro u already know my answer...trainning, trainning and trainning always having fun doing it! ;)

by the way, the angle where the camera is placed (lower than my Mass Center) helps creating the illusion i'm jumping higher than i actually am.

  • @SleazySanjuro u already know my answer...trainning, trainning and trainning always having fun doing it! ;)

  • i'm 19 , just a little bit overweighted and i have asthma, is it possible to begin some martial art , karate, or kung fu or kick boxing, i don't know , honestly ?

  • @oth131 man, i am not a physician, but as far as i know, practicing whatever sport with control will help to loose some overweight and thus affect possitively to the asthma. better ask your doctor.

  • @skae87 ok, thanks for the answer :)

  • very nice

  • amazing, be proud of the time and effort it took to get here . you earned it :)

  • @scottornot thanx dude!

  • awesome video

  • I can't stop watching this, SO AWESOME !!!

  • nice sizzer kick

  • @skae87

with what did you edit the video? pls reply .. btw very nice video! ^_^

  • @BusTopLoner i used pinnacle studio

  • @qwertymoody thanx!!

  • nice slowmotion, nice technique!

  • friend as the song is called that this as bottom I wait for your answer thanks

  • @ivandklove sorry, i don't understand your question.

  • how many fps are this?

  • @thejoseandresshow not to sound dumbass, but in the first second of the video you can read "300 fps", hehehe XD

  • @skae87

Thanks! And i knew that after i asked 0.o

  • Good kicks!!

  • You are definitely fantastic! Were you, by ane chance, inspired by Van Damme? Fantsatic kicks!

  • @Minder666 sure, 120% VD inspiration

  • @skae87 Yeah, man! Me too! This watch?v=E1O3IC-dFug is a clip of me about 7 years ago. For some weird reason, I haven't made any new ones lately. You are definitely right, though. With training and drive, you can reach any goals (commenting on the comment below).

  • @Minder666 nice kicking! but not the best place to do it XD. if i start kicking on the weight lifting room they will look at me really strange.

  • @skae87 LoL! Yeah, I was lifting weights and practicing my kicks at the same time! Haha! You can see my buddy sitting in the background... LoL!

  • Damn youre inspiring. I want to be that good one day.

  • @KillBloodRaven thanx dude!

just keep trainning!! i am not naturally gifted, i can assure u. but i always wanted to become flexible and enjoyed kicking, so i practiced and practiced and at the same time was a pleasure and a good way of investing my free time.
