@NobodyHadThisChannel yea they turn like hell so its easy to get ALOT of leverage on the heelside rail and really push those stadies out far. i put 80a venom barrel bushings with a flat washer board wide and a cupped washer road side, this made the trucks sooooo much better ( i weigh 165 ) stock bushing on them suck. also i really like abec 11 freerides or cult classics. the cults over the freerides for sure tho :)

I unboxed this exact same board to day and I love it I did a 4 hour freeride session today and it is awesome the w concave locks your feet in so much and is also speed stif so it doesn't bail on you on high speeds 100% recommend this board it is the best board I've ever ridden rayne boards are very high quality if you look at the edges they are very smooth clean cut unlike other over priced boards out there **cough original apex 37 cough**

@xXMRMANXx1 depends if you want to DH at all or not, Hellcat offers stiffer board and a W concave, the Vendetta is thinner and is more a pure freeride board.

@shigyolimsiaco The 2011 model feels more symmetrical under your feet, looking at the concave of the 2011 model, it looks even on both sides,. more than the 2010 model which was a little bit more directional with its concave.

doomduck you just have try to squat and grab the board, some people do it in a stand up position, i lay my leg down like a coleman and just keep the hand off of the ground. keep practicing you'll get it.

Under the description on Rayne.com, the board is said to have a "More symmetrical" component to it. Just how symmetrical are we talking? Does this board have a completely mirrored feel to it, or am I still going to feel uncomfortable riding it backwards at higher speeds? I can see the difference in shape between the nose and tail, but I'm wondering if that's just aesthetic.

I'm never buying Rayne again either. Got my Vendetta last fall, took forever. First day out on it, I 'm going a decent speed, by no means am I going fast. I check, get thrown off, and my Vendetta hits the curb. The "sharp edges" got wrecked. Two noticeably big cracks came up on rail. Tried to talk to them about warranty, but apparently, it's considered normal wear and tear when the first day out on the board, you hardly hit a curb and it fucks up the side of it. Makes so much sense.

Every board you run into a curb will get cracks if it's going fast enough. So it doesn't have to do with the board in particular.

Put epoxy or wood glue in the cracks in you're nose, then clamp it down. Once the would glue has dried sand off the excess epoxy or wood glue. I don't comprehend how you have never done this before, its necessary longboarding DIY.... :\
