Sam is really good at crediting song writers, including co-writers. I've seen him play this song live 3 times now, and he has yet to say who wrote it. Until he does, I will be deleting any comment about writers/co-writers. I'm not trying to be difficult, but as far as I know, Sam deserves all the credit, and praise.
