This is madness... I once did shark cage diving near Cape Town (Gaansbai), but the Gaps of the Cage were much, much smaller and the cage looked a lot more robust.And even like this, I was so freaked out.

Don't know how I would have handled a shark getting inside...

Never before have I seen such flimsy wire used in a shark cage in Cape Town. Most of the dive companies out there use reinforced steel that's impossible (well I say impossible...) but very hard to penetrate, let alone have a shark swim pretty much straight through... Also gaps are alot smaller so really surprised with the above video... Judging by what I've experienced in these steel cages, you'd be signing your own death cert getting into one of the above. Lesson learnt I'm hoping...

In Jaws when the shark attacks Hoopers cage it get's inside and goes crazy. The film makes it look like it's attacking him but it's actually just stuck-i'm not talking about the close ups but the actual real Great white they filmed with a minature cage.Anyway the shark got stuck and went berserk trying to get out and that's the footage that's used in the film-it looks like it's trying to destroy the cage but it's just panicked.The camera man said it's the scariest thing he ever saw under water.

Wow... At first the narrator makes it seem the Shark wants to eat them.. I agree with comments saying that the gap was WAY too big.. But all the shark wanted to do was to see the shark cage "test" bite it as they normally do, and then got stuck, and tried to get out... No big deal here...

Oh man, that shark was stuck good. They can't really swim backwards, and flipping upside down makes them so dizzy they can hardly move. It must've been panicking as much as the divers. O_O Glad it got loose, though I have no idea how the cameraman managed that.
