I was in florida last august and we got one big storm and little ones nearlly every day! 11 out of the 15 days i was there where thunderstorm days! i loved every second! lol but one question i cant understand and we where disgusing it when we where there, what are the blue lights on top of the traffic lights? lol

The blue lights indicate which signals are red, so that officers can write tickets to people for running them without having to be able to see the front of the light
