It's a Vickers Warvick NOT Wellington

My uncle was killed in 1944 in one these he was a gunner still got his log book and medals

because of the glass-nose version,also called a bombardier nose.

Nifty hardly ever seen footage of a Wellington and a Warwick was mentioned in a book about the Berlin airlift I was reading yesterday and had no idea what it was

The Warwick had about 80% commonality of parts of the Wellington.

Yep, those 'Wellingtons' are actually the bigger Warwicks.
