this isnt supercropping.. this is topping.,. ive never supercropped myself but i know it's when you bend a branch and snap it sideways to make the branch law down lower or fill in empy space and make use of space more efficiently. topping is cool i preffer LST low stress trainig tying down with strings.. one thing ide like to point out. Topping and LST and scrog .all make for a more compact plant and ups your chances of powdery mildew.
