  • Baji me India se hu aur khano per tanqeed kerna mera pesha he yani (food critic) mujhe muaaf fermaen MAGAR koi bhi Kofta banane ke liye pehli shart he ke bade size ki pateeli ho jiska penda flate na ho.Kofton ko chamche ya butter knife se nahi chalate nalke kapde se pakad ke pateeli ko hilate hain. Aapne gravy bohut kam rakhi he qeema puri taha nahi paksakta

  • I have cooked these koftas. The dish was very tasty. But I have made a slight change. Instead of coconut, I have used tomatoes at the end and that was simply awesome. Thanks Baji for such an excellent recipe. Kindly upload traditional Pakistani Nargisi Kofta recipe, That would be marvelous!

  • @haniya404 diya tha jawab post naheen howa, han ker sakte hain per deep frost naheen kerte overnight bahir rakh dete hain jab agle roz khane hoon to freezer se nikal ker. fridge main to koye poroblem naheen

  • Woah.. i finally made these yesterday.. they were SOO easy to make yet SO delicious.. thanks .. btw. i used sour cream instead of yogurt or coconut cream . the smell was a little different that i would have liked but the taste came out great Alhamdulilah.. Thanks again

  • @tuhinzahurk, koye khas bante naheen waise, per try ker lo, han dahi daal lo.

  • tip for first timers like myself- be liberal with the minced meat because meat shrinks after getting cooked. if u use less meat, the egg might get exposed or come out of the meat

  • MrBJ2020 to avoid mince slipping off the boiled eggs You can roll them in dry corn flour and then wrap minced meat over them. Hope this will be helpful to you.

    Great work Bhajia, my family used to use the whole egg rather than half, and keema used to slip off the egg. I find this version lot better.... but I gotta try it first, because Azmyshe shart hei! :)

    Bhaji pls show how mke vegetable and chicken/keema salans. such as tindo+chicken, bindi+kemma ect.

    I am from india and it is common in india to cook salaans in this way, but i know in pakistan people mostly cook this. I love these types of mixed salaans (veg+non-veg).

  • i was 18 when i got married, had no idea of cooking. i learned by travelling around the globe. Tried my best to collect authentic old practical recipes. I don’t make pasta :) just simple roti salan person. Kids make everything :)

  • ammi ko aati ho gi, poochoon gi hafte tak dobarah pooch lena mujh se recipe hoye to likh doon gi. hamare haan iftar per ziyadah kuch naheen banate, khajoor California ki aur dodhi hoti hai badaam ki, phir namaz maghrib aur fauran he us kee baad roti bana lete hain, subho uthna hota hai to kaam jald khatam kerke sone ki hoti hai.

    iftari ziyadah ho to khana kam khaya jata hai aur dair se bhi, ye insaan jald so ker jaluthay tahaajud ke liye.

  • han, baat to theek hai tumhari per bohot si baton ka mujhey khud bhi ilm naheen hota :) tum ko kiya jawaab doon. ghur shuroo kerti hoon jaise he samjh aaye bataoon gi :)

  • eak malik jab bhi chiken banwata bawerchi se to eak he taang salan se nikalti, wo hamesha bawerchi se poochta to bawerchi kehta is kukkeri ki eak he taang thi. khair eak roz malik bawerchi ke saath kaheen jaraha tha to to eak taang wali eak murghi dikhi, tang utha ker khari thi. bawerchi ne fata fat malik ko dikhai. malik ne dekha aur fauran sheeeee kiya murghi donon tangon per bhaag nikli :) malik kehta dekha :) bawerchi bola jo main ne pakaye thi aap ne use sheee naheen kiya tha :)

  • Egg Boil karne ki ek tip deti hoon aapko : Regular tap water leke eggs add karein, itna ki eggs poore doob jayein, Ab heat on kar dijiye aur boil aane tak full heat pe rakhiye. Water boil hone ke baad gas band kar dein aur pot cover karke 15 min ke liye rakh dein aur phir cold water mein daal dein. Cool hone par peel kar lein. Yolk par jo dark cover aajaata hai wo nahi aayega.

Dinner mein aapki Seekh kabab ki recipe chicken ke saath banayi.....wo to ab tak ki sabse hit recipe hai. Beef mein zyada achchi banti hai but chicken mein bhi theek hi thi. Bahut bahut suhkriya aapka itni achchi recipes ke liye. Ab to patidev bhi chedte hain....phir se bajia ki recipe dekh rahi ho....aaj kya banaugi, kaunsi recipe dekhi??? ;)
