I call those the "CowCatcher" spiders. They string a web from a tree, or corner of the house to the ground, or from the house to the car, and it's a great web, spiral type, but absolutely blood curdling when you walk into it. I walked into one when I was a kid and the freakin spider was on my face. Splat. AKA the "Red Juicy" spider becaus of that episode. Cannot stand them.
