thats just a hard carve, try going faster and then you'll start sliding, and wear a helmet lol

thats sliding, drifting is when you are comming to a corner or a bend in a hill and the wheels are not gripping they are just at an angle with the road.

hey dude see you have my favorite board. just saying, but those wheels are not that good for sliding. take like a filer and file the weels down. works better, and its a whole lot cheaper than buying new wheels

#1-helmet....

#2- grab behind the knee when you slide.

#3- those were slides, not drifts

#4- not to bad for your first try, I would recommend a completely different set up for good sliding.

like a landyachtz switch, randal 180s on 50 plates, with S9 race formula.

or any symmetrical deck, with nice slide wheels.

um ive heard a secor 9 carbon trylam is decent personcally i dont ride or like sector 9's that much i prefer loaded but thats me i feel there funner i ride a dervish. um yea pritty soon im getting a new dh board gettin a rayne demonseed cant wate. ive heard the trylam is good for everything really but slalom not good for slalom

try the sector 9 BURLEIGH! its a little bit longer so its harder to slide on but not to bad. a great all around board. not much flex tho.

i strongly sugest going to a skate shop instead of buying online so you can try it out in the parking lot. also it allows you to feel the curve, flex, and get a feel for the board before you invest. hope you enjoi it

i actually had this exact board and i can tell anybody that i recommend it ONLY with some of those black grizzlies the newish ones with 8mm axles, bones redz and the wheels that come with this board, these trucks are absolutely horrible, and sorry to burst your bubble dude but your just turning, this technically isnt drifting

try laying your back leg flat on the board and grab the board over your leg. The inside of your back ankle should be flat on the board, this way you can kick that foot out and make turns better

I have the same board, and mine came with 69mm 80a Sector Nine Nineballs. They were green and clear....these wheels look the same to me.

@urbankilla99 a longer board is better for bombing cuz more surface area means more stable, shorter better for more of the tricks. so yeah makes sense that you ate it ha but lookin good
