I work with a local cat rescue. One of the feeding stations is near panera in Vacaville *but not on the property* The manager is ordering the employees to destroy the traps, blankets and throw out the food and water. We trap the cats, spay, neuter and rehome them to loving families. In the long run we are actually helping Panera, that is if they don't stop slowing down progress.
He tipped his hand when he said once I got to panerra and found out how the dough is made. He never made bread until he worked for the panerra chain yet he is a 3 rd generation baker?
@jflash214 he is one, his mom and grandmother were bakers, that is two generation, he bakes now that makes three. do you expect him to bake all his life?

why wear gloves? you end up losing some of the sense of feel when you work with the bread. There should be no worry if you wash your hands.
