@Thepylot78 yes, we checked after unplugging it. other than being defective, my only guess is that while it was on, it was bumped into warming mode, and then back into cooling mode. it does say you have to turn it off for 30 minutes between modes, so that could have done it. it's not very likely that that's wheat happened though.
Are you sure you didn't accidentally have it set to warming mode?
