I am fighting for my Grandchildren right now. DCFS refused to let me apply for kinship and is placing for adoption. I have had to hire an attorney for a very large retainer to try and get custody. Everything you said in this video happened in my daughters case.

i am a father of 3. all my kids have grown up and i always said that if we managed to give them a happy stable life we would adopt when they grew up to give other children that chance. i always worried that the system was doing the right thing by the children before we became involved.all i can hope for is that in our case they have got it right. the children must always come first in all we do. they are our future.

The government is taking EVERY CHILD, & BABIES, that has attended the The Tony Alamo Church & throwing parents in Jail for not disclosing the remainder of their children who are not being tortured by CPS, DHS. They raided the church under the guise of child porn but when they couldn't find any they took nearby children playing in the yard to justify their rash actions. All the children say they were never abused!! We need to Stand united for what is right!!! Please view my channel for more info.

I am one of thier victims and what they do to families is like something you would see in midevil times. i can't stand it. why isn't anything being done?! These people are outta control!

I lost my sons 4 years ago. But I do not believe that we should abolish it because then there is no organization to protect children. What we need to do is REFORM it and make the laws apply to social workers who daily step out of line. And innocent families should be given the same rights as criminals, since we are treated like criminals in court.

Think about it...Internal just breeds more corruption, piers covering up for piers...Believe me, I've been through it and it is not the answer...

We need totally independent impartial bodies looking over them.

There secret family courts have the powers of the old Star Chamber Council. They can and do jail people for what they call "Contempt of court" for up to 2 years. These imprisonments are filling up our womens jails!

There should be trial by jury or no trial at all. These are kangaroo courts.

It's sad that DCFS accuses people of abusing children and don't file criminal charges, yet have the innocent parents thrown in jail for talking about what they do in their secret courts, isn't it?

In Oklahoma, you can appeal to the OKDHS headquarters. However, "No additional interviews will be conducted, either in person or by telephone."..."No audio or videotaped material will be accepted."..."The appeal process is a file review only, and provides an opportunity for you to have the finding(s) reviewed by someone not directly involved with the investigation." The report made by the original worker is read by another worker and assumed to be factual. Does anyone else see the irony here?
