@RidleyReport By now it might be old news, but .......01 Sept 2011 First Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled it is NOT ILLEGAL TO VIDEO TAPE PUBLIC SERVANTS (yes.....by God... this means cops) as they are performing their duties. Obviously this means; in public or places that privacey cannot be expected. I just watched the arresting video, I believe the arresting officer was completely unreasonable. I can't believe that this officer felt that he was protecting anyone in this instance. It was a situation once a again were an officer did not like what someone was doing so he decided to arrest someone for really what amounts to no reason. Dave was leaving ad the officer did like that Dave was scared of him and did not jump or leave at the rate of speed the officer wanted. It really was sad to watch

This is why cops take forever too get too real situations (where they are needed!!) because their busy arresting people on bullshit charges! I have been in 2 serious car accidents both of which it took the police 45 minutes too arrive!! I was already in the hospital by the time one arrived, and they gave me a ticket for running a red light!! but it was the other guy who ran it ... and they listened too him and I wasn't there too defend myself b/c i was at the ER w/ a concussion and busted lip!
