  • Drugs are amazing !

  • ahah he was saving himself for the last 100m - this guy with some training like 15x 200m and 10x 300m and some long run will do some damage to Bolt and everyone else :P

  • I run 100m in 11seconds but I suck in the 200m, my best is 23,5 seconds

  • @1337inzock wow thats good! :)

  • @1337inzock get in shape brah!! it will seem easy once you do!

  • @1337inzock You need to work on your speed endurance then -

Sessions would include 80%-90% runs over 150m x5reps off 5mins recovery,

acceleration runs in order to segment the distance and to allow you to develop the natural smoothness required to run a 200m efficiently.

Other sessions include absolute lactic, and alactic power - like 200walkback, 100m, rest 8mins, 3 sets. Hope that helps!

  • @1337inzock not bad, i did 11.6 freshmen yr in high school and a 23.9 200m also, never ran those races since, more of an 800/mile runner now...

  • @1337inzock what age are u

  • The naysayers always gonna talk crap about our athletes, but non of that matters once we are standing atop the podium. Here's to London 2012!

  • Who cares if he MAY or MAY NOT be on drugs the fact is he ran the 2nd fastest time in history so respect. People that always bring up shit like drugs are just looking for ways to diminsh people's achievements. There have been hundreds of thousands of athletes on drugs throughout history but how come none of them have been able to run as fast!? Just appreciate that todays sprinters are evolutionizing the sport.

  • @Jamie97Guitar- you cant divide the 200m into 100 each evenly because one of the two you will be faster or slower. I ran both and had 10.29 100m and 200m was 21.6. My second 100m was slower because i was running out of gas. LOL! It also depends on your conditioning also. 200m, your first 100 will be slower because you need that power for the second half.

  • dam!! du har fått mange views nå !:OO :D (Y)

  • In 2012 I say Bolt, Blake, Dix. And Spearmon could be there as well, Martina, and Crawford. christophe lemaitre doesn't have a chance to medal.

  • @acdouglas By equating peoples' opinions with delusional statements you are in fact completely contradicting yourself!

  • The most striking thing about this race is what happens after the finish line. He's not tired a single bit. He doesn't look like he's even breathing.

Sorry but this alone is weird and suspicious.

  • lol that 4 x 100m relay world record is going to be insane soon enough,

  • I think that's the best bend I've ever seen anyone run in a 200 metre race, the ground Blake caught up on Dix coming off the bend was ridiculous.

  • dopé

  • watch this view also nice

    /watch?v=VkVNo9yd6gw

  • Blake is great sprinter but to run 19.26s with +1.3wind and starting reaction +0.269s is wierd. I only hope he could repeat that fast run again.

  • What is going on here? I mean Blake with this 19.26 to beat the great michael johnson, who had otherworldly sprint endurance. This Blake shouldn't be this good. Not sure what Coach Mills is feeding his guys, but it's potent.

  • @TheAngeltoDemon Okay. Why do you think only Americans have run under 44 secs in the 400m? And one was a Steve Lewis 19 and running 43.87. What could be the cause of this great domination?

  • @Icecoldhard

By default you would say better drugs/genetics, the 400m is a mystery, though looks like Kirani James is set to break it. More interesting is the sub 10mark in the 100m. Only 80 men have broken the barier, 11 Jamaican, 7 of which did it in the last 4 years, 1 Asafa Powell in 2004, and 3 others earlier, 2 more in Linford and Bailey. Why the recent explosion? More strange is that they keep getting faster. I could see if Jamaican juniors were superior to the world but they are not

  • @TheAngeltoDemon Lets call it more training/experience/drive. The main difference is that they are training more at home and less of them are going away to get damaged by the US collegiate system. You should have an idea of how many athletes from the Caribbean get shelved by the US collegiate system. More than you think. At home they get more care and support. We have learnt a lot from our mistakes of the past, we are putting it right now. We have also learnt a lot from the US system. No denying.

  • Yohan Blake is a Talented Athlete. My Reaction to people who doubt that...blaming it on drugs or yam maybe......The Guilty Are Always So Suspicious (FACT). It hurts we are no longer sending our young talent to your country for you to mistreat and run into the dirt (FACT). Your athletes are BEGGING AND PAYING to train with us (FACT). GO SUCK U MADDAH (Because you lot deserve no better). Bless up uself

  • BIG UP MY ISLAND JAMAICA, ALL DAY EVERYDAY....FUCK Y'ALL STUPID MUTHA FUCKA WHO THINK WE ARE DOPED UP...NO BITCHES, IT'S CALLED GOOD OLE JAMAICAN COOKING N TRAINING. UNLIKE THE USA TRACK TEAMS WHO STAY DOPED DA FUCK UP, YEA I SAID IT.

  • drugs!!

  • the 2 white guys had a good race to see who wouldnt finish last, fair play to blake

  • OMG all the comments are just stupid, im going to be honest, ALL THE TOP SPRINTERS HAVE DOPED at least once in a lifetime, dont be stupid, BTW the caribbean people are geneticically better than the white ones, is proved by ebery coach and sport medicine, you can check this everywhere on the internet

  • he got a slow start aswell. i can see him becoming a legend

  • Usain bolt got 19.19 but how come this is WR???

  • @coolstir10 This isn't the wr. Its the world leading (WL).

  • @coolstir10 it says world leading not world record meaning it was the fastest time this year.

  • damn those are some shiny pants!

  • what about Usain Bolt, who ran 19.19????

  • athletics may just be the only scenario where it's unfavorable to be white

  • @OTKSenior Provocative nonsense. Whites win as many medals in athletics as any other blacks or anyone else.

  • i run 200m in 2 minutes cause im slow!

  • I like the random white bitch at the end that gets told to go back to the kitchen

  • that guy is fast

  • pcp + cocaine

  • ptos

  • The poor white guys didn't even have a chance.

  • Yeh but he looks like an arrogant prick.

  • @andyoflondon and usain bolt doesn't? srsly, give him props. if it weren't for his bad start, he might've had the world record.

  • London Olympics: Bronze Medal: Walter Dix 19.31

    :O

  • why didnt bolt run the 200??

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL wtf happened to the guy at 0:28???

  • @trevdog45 Pulled his hamstring

  • Emagine a 2x200meters rally with blake and bolt :D

  • 19.2 secs for 200m means he coulda got 9.6 in 100m ?

  • @Jamie97Guitar yes, both hundred divided by 2 is 9.63 but mostly you run the first 100m sloer then the second one.

  • @UsainBoltMW2 but the first is on a curve so your obvislouy are a bit slower

  • @Jamie97Guitar yes of course, but u start in the block and run the first 100 meters the next 100 meters u have a flying start if u know what i mean.

  • @UsainBoltMW2 in the other hand you lose speed after let's say 150m... so the difference is not that big, if at all... but yeah it makes a 200m runner a good runner when you run it faster than 2x100m (too hard for women though)... Bolt could definitely run faster than 19.19 in Berlin, but he had too many sprints done by this point already... it also depends if you are a 100/200 runner or 200/400 runner... 9.6 for Blake is no joke, if he continues like this...

  • @Jamie97Guitar It's all about the running start compared to the resting start. Look at the 4x100m relay world record of 37.04 by Jamaica.. Divided by 4, is 9.26 average each 100m because 3 of the men had running starts even when going around curves.

  • @Jamie97Guitar MAY E YOUR CORRECT BUT LOOK BLAKE DIDNT GET A GOOD START AND HIS BEND WAS NOT THAT GOOD BUT HIS TRANSITION DOWN THE STRAIGHT WAS AMAZING BECAUSE HE HAS GOT SPEED INDURANCE, HE GETTING FASTER AS THE RACE WENT ON. I THINK IF HE GET GRAT START AND IMPROVES ON THE BEND HE COULD EASILY RUN UNDER 19 SECONDS.

  • @ShinTec9 - You 100% correct. Michael johnson was the best curve runner in the sport. So Blake is definitely fast and if he can get that curve like MJ, he could possibly hold off Usain in the last straight away but we cant rule out Bolt's comeback speed.

  • @witlow1 YH BUT THE LAST 40-50 METRES HE JUST GONE GETTING FASTER SO THIS WILL BE INTERESTING TO WATCH AT THE OLYMPICS

  • White guys came last :(

  • I'm calling Blake for London

He would have broken the WR if he had just a normal reaction time

  • Bolt is a coward. Well done Blake! Hope you the best in the future.

  • You guys wish you could be like him. So, just keep on hating he is just getting more famous.

  • caster semenya?

  • Remember he trains with bolt so bolt knows what he is capable of. Now we see what spooked bolt into false starting at worlds.

  • Damn so much hate towards Blake. Can't you admire his perfomance?

  • Why did he accept the water bottle if he was going to throw anyways?????????

  • im french and im absolutely agree with icecoldhard

  • @tarekzz20 oui t'es francais et vue ton nom surrement un rebeu ou un black qui renie son pays.

  • /watch?v=VkVNo9yd6gw

  • Whos is faster he or Bolt>?

  • 0.269 as reaction time!! that sucks! and still 19.26. that's just amazing

  • Damn did you see him slingshot out that curve? Man that was nasty.

  • Cant beat Usain Bolt ;) 19.19

  • @semouse89 this was in a diamand league meet - not a final

  • Running is not a sport.

  • @vivalaresistanc ur gay

  • @vivalaresistanc Shut the H%LL UP

  • of course the last two people are white...

  • Isn't the record 19.19?

  • @TheFartingmania thats prob, the Olympic World Record.

  • just a quick question, why wasn't usain bolt racing in 200m?

  • he can beat usain bolt in 100 and 200 m

  • dix freaking slowed down

  • Would like to see him competing with Usain Bolt. They probably did n the past but after this victory the competition will be taken to a whole new level.

  • Comment removed

  • This is the real deal or there was a mistake in the distance or clocks because all three finishers ran personal best. Nevertheless I do know Yohan Blake is a beast. He almost beat Tyson Gay in a trial run of 19.79 out of lane 9. And when I saw that race I was like if he ever gets a better lane it's a rap- so here it is!

  • his reaction time was the slowest i've ever seen for a sprinter 0.269??!!!!

the world record was gone if he had just an average normal start

  • what's up with my fellow jamaicans thinking that all of us are against him because he is jamaican. some people maybe, but not all. Just reason it out for yourself. Anyone with a rational mind would have to admit that something is wrong with that time he ran. Usain Bolt is my favourite athlete, but it does not mean that I'm gonna play ignorant and refuse to believe that it's not possible for him to be on something. Realize that yohan jumped from 20.60 to 19.78 then to 19.26 all in one year...(?)

  • cocousatrack400m I'm not saying he is not great. I think all athletes who reaches that level of performance are exceptional. It's the amount of time that he shaved off his PB over a short period of time that got me suspicious. Also, I totally agree with you that his 100m ability does not align with what he did in the 200m. Yes he was great as a junior, but it seem odd that he did not gradually lower his time as is the normal progression but instead his time rapidly improved.

  • Oh God!Blake is so sexy!why should he be on steroids?People can say the say about Dix.In Daegu athletes were tested rigorously and he was clean.

  • Jamaica Dont take drugs we eat good food like yam and banana...nuh drugs, MacDonalds and burger king round here...pop pop pop weng!!!

  • I bet if Dix had run that time all of you haters wouldnt be talking the smack you are talking. Let me tell you this Yohan Blake has been PHENOMENAL ever since high school. So this comes as no surprise to us Caribbean people , only to you persons who only hear about these athletes when they show up big at international meets .

  • @grungkiller Any objective observer would be suprised when a professional runner suddelly beats his PR by 0.5 seconds. Thats 5 meters faster than hes ever gone before!! (??!!!)

  • Comment removed

  • @grungkiller exactly these idiots here dont know nothing about grass root ATHLETICS IN JAMAICA they only see them when they come to championships or on the world stage

  • @grungkiller no because Dix is on drugs too. And Blake has been taking dope since high school. He was banned in 2009.

  • Comment removed

  • @grungkiller I love west indies cricket

  • @grungkiller He's also been done for doping at took a 3 month ban back in 2006

  • They are all on it and I'm sorry to tell you Americans, but even your boy tyson is on it. Doesnt matter if he signed up for Project Believe; it's an American program run by Americans, so that does not mean shit if he gets extra testing. they will cover for him same way that the IOC and IAAF covered for Carl Lewis.

  • @waittilnightfall agree, tyson is one of may fav sprinters ever but i dont even trust him to be 100% clean!

  • @waittilnightfall Why does everybody great have to be on steroids....because they break records??? It's sad. Though I do agree that Blake is on steroids. COME ONN guys his 100 times do not correlate with this awesome 200 performance.....Bolt ran 19.19 but his 100 was 9.58...Blake is no where close to 9.5!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I'm Jamaican and even for me this is rediculous! are you telling me that Yohan ran a faster time that even Tyson Gay and he is not on juice? look how fast he is dropping his time. Anyone who think he is not on drugs is disillusioned. I guess the IAAF allows it or it would be too predictable that Usain would win all the time with no real competition. Eventually fans would lose interest and thus a loss of revenue.

  • fuck u haters. Blake is fast without drugs!

  • Comment removed

  • every single sprinter uses some drugs to make him faster, you are very naive thinking bolt aint taking nothing. it does not have to be prohibited yet though

  • Comment removed

  • @acdouglas somebody was saying that Blake is on drugs. I think everybody is taking something along with normal food that makes them better and faster.

  • Blake has failed a drugs test before... A leopard never changes spots...

Steroids give you more endurance & strength, the way he actually sped up towards the end and wasn't even tired... That has DRUGS written all over it.

  • fuk u

  • Comment removed

  • @acdouglas CORRECTION, I NEVER SAID TESTS YOU FUCKING IDIOT SO LEARN TO READ.

I said drugs TEST, not TESTS? Do you see the difference you arrogant little fuck? Lol if you're gonna try to correct me at least get it right, dumbass.

  • If blake is on drugs? how could dix run that fast also?

  • @UsainBoltMW2 explain how he seems to have the stamina and endurance of a fucking horse, he ran the same pace throughout while everybody slowed down considerably including Dix.

  • @UsainBoltMW2 because he is on drugs too.Look at the guy built like the Hulk.

  • @UsainBoltMW2 because he is on drugs too, just like every other top sprinter.

  • blake is so hard on drugs

  • Clearly on the same ''Yams'' that Usain Bolt has been eating.

  • im sorry but that just DOES NOT feel right! i mean the race is great and all but there's no way anybody could've improved that much in so little time!...

  • Once he learns curve the World Record is gone. History.

  • I'm sure he is on drugs as well as all the others. Nice run.

  • @edhillary80 another nazi claiming that black runners are on roids.. why dont you post on lemaitre videos instead

  • Wonderful run! I mean people if he were on some sort of drug, he would have had a bigger lead, the other guy was right behind him. Calm down people, and enjoy the sports!!

  • @Tarika21 THATS TRUE.....ENJOY THE GAME...JUST RELAX AND ENJOY THE SHOW...CUZ THERE ARE PLENTY MORE WHERE THAT CAME FROM

  • I absolutely despise unproven accusations and I thoroughly enjoyed watching this phenomenal performance by Blake, but guys this is one incredible improvement.

I just hope that this guy is clean.

  • @beebeechitown he is just great!!!!!!!!!! stop dwelling on the pass and lets look to the future.....Jamaica.....as many more surprise for this world.....lol

  • @frassboxxx No one is talking about Jamaica. We are talking about Blake the cheater. It is sad that you let your nationalism blinds you.

  • Comment removed

  • that bastard is definitely on drugs. yes, i said it

  • @smoothnubian u r the bastard on drugs....thats y u accuse others to be on drugs...if u stop use drugs...then u would see clearly that Yohan...is just poetry in motion

  • @smoothnubian I agree he's a fucking cheater.

  • Comment removed

  • Dannngg.. he ran that time off of a bad start too! He could get Bolt soon

  • Wow and he started too late... he surely Would break the WR if he started well.

  • Clearly on steroids.

  • @ChristianJGravel what a fuckin bullshit!

  • @ChristianJGravel nah, he'snot adoper like most canadians

  • u idiots if u plp knew him from he was in high running 10.11 as a teenager n running good 200m......the talent is here in jamaica so dont hate appreciate....n most of all i can bet u negative thinkers r from us

  • Respond to this videou idiots if u plp knew him from he was in high school running 10.11 as a teenager n running good 200m......the talent is here in jamaica so dont hate appreciate....n most of all i can bet u negative thinkers r from us...

  • @ChristianJGravel what an idiot - steroids only give you extra muscle growth. Think with your head if you have one before commentating

  • @mrbushwack113 dont call other people idiots when you clearly dont know what steroids do

  • @mrbushwack113 He was obviously joking hahahaha, no need to take every comment so seriously xD

  • @mrbushwack113 hahaha wrong. massively wrong.

  • @tommyenglish1 actually - you dont know shit - steroids make you withstand more pain - however they could help you in a longer distance, but in 200 m they dont get so tired they run to the max the whole race :P

  • @ChristianJGravel Provide some evidence then.

  • look at blakes reaction time. a standart time of 0.18 would have brought him the record. poor reaction but the fastest "200m run" ever. i hope bolt gets kicked from his throne

  • Mi cnt believe dis all nw star :(

  • he ran a smart curve, then blasted 90m

  • huh?

  • It don't make any sense argue with these drug fanatics. Its just because he is Jamaican. Robles was disqualified because he is Cuban. People who come from wealthier and bigger countries never expect anything good from poorer smaller countries. That is how they are. Dont even make any sense arguing with them about it.

Lemaitre took a big bite out of his 200m time from 20.16 in 2010 to 19.80 in 2011 but no one bats and eye at that, because from a wealthy country where they would never cheat.

  • @Icecoldhard has nothing to do with wealth... its simply because Lemaitre's white.

  • @turnbacktime I see you are American and I have nothing against American sprinters. But I keep hearing the argument that because Jamaica is poor and small we should not have so many good athletes. Most of these comments come from people living in Europe and North America. If Dix ran that time fewer people would be saying he is on something. Imagine if Lemaitre ran that time it would be all he is clean and is great and is white. Lots of classism and racism. That part of it cannot be denied.

  • @Icecoldhard i'm not american, and i agree with you 100%. people diont criticise Lemaitre's achievements because he's white. bolt, blake and asafa are tested far more rigourously than any other athlete on earth.... people just whinge for no reason,.

  • @turnbacktime Sorry about calling you American. That was just wrong. But there is a lot of hypocrites here. I admit I have been hypocritical in the past, but there are some countries in the world that dont get a fair shake in athletics or anything positive.

  • @Icecoldhard you are so wrong if Lemaitre ran that time we would call him a cheater. I'm french and i love Lemaitre but i'm not dumb if an athlete runs 19"26 at the end of a season improving his PS of half a second without having competing in a year i would be suspicious. Forget the color of the skin.

  • @cyryac This is more about economic power than skin colour. If Walter Dix had done that time most people would not be all that suspicious. But I am aware of the training that Blake does and he is very fast and very strong. He beat Bolt is training sometimes, so the ones closest to him were not surprised. He does a lot of 400m work so that is where his strength comes from. He is the kind of athlete that might try to get a place on the 4x4 team. No harm done. Just wait and see how things turn out.

  • @Icecoldhard indeed Lemaitre run 20"16 to 19"80 in a year but Blake went from 19"70 to 19"26 in a year without practice, i'm sorry to say that but 19"80 is within human possibility but 19"26 at the end of a season??Don't get me wrong i support Lemaitre because i'm french not because he's white. I love Bolt i think he's a god but Blake gets me very suspicious.

  • Bolt better dont play with this yute.....looks like he come to take over!!!
