Sensei Kato teaches Shotokan karate, however this isnt one of the main 26 shotokan kata.
I believe this kata is now a part of the JKS syllabus. The Junro katas are taught within IJKA but Im not sure if it they would form part of a grading. Id agree with Asai Ryu.
Is this considered a Shotokan Kata??

This is Sensei Asai's kata. He was a shotokan practitioner. Some I guess would call it Asai Ryu but it's shotokan.
