yes technically it is a 720 but it is not it is a back flip 360 because a 360 is a horizontal spin and a backflip is vertical. a 720 is two 360s but it is a 360 back flip. you can not call it a 720 because then there would be two tricks named the same which are duifferent. so it is a backflip 360 retarts

Ok, any "360" on a dirt bike is really more of an off-axis backflip. Spinning a motorcycle parallel to the ground is pretty near impossible. Pastrana does the former, then uses his rotation to pull another, more traditional looking, 360. Hence the cork 7. If he just did a flat out backflip and then tried to spin a 360, he'd hurt himself pretty bad.
