  • Thanks so much for this video! It has helped so much. I'm a 28 year old female and I travel so much for work. I just bought a band and had no clue what I can do with it, especially being in hotel rooms all the time. I hope I'm doing these exercises right! lol. I'm trying to stay in shape but it's so hard when traveling. Thanks again!

  • Very, very good video, in fact best I have seen so far. Is it true what 492333 said about the chest and back? I am only about 150 pds and really wouldn't mind some more muscle mass.. will resistance bands build muscle at all? I just know I would never go to a gym, but I quit smoking and I'm ready to get back into shape. Thanks again for the great video.

  • Hey I really enjoyed your video! I am going to use these techniques

  • resistance bands are much better than free weights because they prevent injuries and u cant swing and cheat.

    however the one disadvantage is that u can only work smaller muscles like bis tris and shoulders, they do not provide enought resistance for chest and back, but u can always do pushups and chinups
