  • My goal is to lose 60 pounds this year. I have been taking zumba classes for a few months now and already lost ten! I just have to it up and stay motivated.

  • My goal weight is 160 as I was most comfortable at that size, currently at 179. I started at 206 late last year and Congrats on the big 500! :)

  • I LOVE the Core Secrets. When I lost most of my weight I was doing it 3x a week! Some of my DVD's are broken and don't work thought. :(
