Nature's Path seems to be 100% non-GMO, but they still frequently use organic soy & canola ingredients--which can contain some level of GMO contamination. Nature's Path is an independent company with high standards for promoting organic farming.
Kashi is owned by Kellogg, who overall uses tons of GMOs. Many people are actively boycotting Kellogg because of their role in Big Ag. A handful of their Kashi organic cereal line--I think subtitled: "Organic Promise" is pretty good. However, be careful of natural flavors--including natural cinnamon flavor--as this term can disguise many chemical ingredients and sometimes even GMOs. Not all of Kashi's cereals are organic and many do contain GMO soy and canola.
Erewhon is pronounced "air wahn." There's a story about their name on the back of their products from an Utopian novel where individuals were responsible for their own health.
Unfortunately, a few of the Erewhon cereals contain natural flavors. I've phoned them about this and they reported that they are considering eliminating the use of natural flavors altogether. The did say that theirs are non-GMO. Erewhon is currently owned by Attune Foods.
